Everything...quaint area, close to shops and the Vatican. Rooms were very clean, walk-in shower, and the staff was so pleasant and professional. Breakfast had many selections. Loved the place.

Cons:

Could have little more lighting...opened shutters to get the light we wanted. And invest in fluffier pillows.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of where you want to be.
Pros:

I was saying for several days so they gave me a nice room. I had a beautiful view of the dome of the Baptistry. The property is smack in the middle of where you want to be, and the staff was more than helpful. They were really wonderful.

Cons:

The pillows could have been a little fluffier.
