Pros:

Arriving at the hotel after cycling in intense heat was a fantastic experience. Simone welcomed us with a refreshing drink. Everything was exemplary a wonderfully beautiful hotel, a great breakfast, and a secure place to store our bikes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent value in the middle of Pistoia
Pros:

Beautiful room, excellent location

Cons:

The bed is slightly hard but one can get used to it. All in all it was a good sleep.
The A/C didn't seem to work out couldn't be controlled

An der Rezeption liegt eine Mappe eines bekannten Reiseveranstalters der gehobenen Kategorie mit zahlreichen Empfehlungen auf, in die man ruhig einen Blick werfen sollte...

Pros:

The staff is amazing. They’re always friendly and professional. Great breakfast and you can’t beat the location. It’s just a few minutes walk to anything you’d want to see in Pistoia.
The rooms and bathrooms are huge and super clean too.
