Ubicación excelente, personal aún más
Pros:

El personal es súper atento, me explico muy agradablemente toda la información que necesitara acerca del hotel y de la ciudad. Además se adaptó sin ningún problema a todas mis necesidades durante mi estancia.

Cons:

Pese a que está muy cerca de la ciudad, para personas que tengan movilidad limitada es complicado moverse de la ciudad al alojamiento. Pero es un inconveniente de la ciudad más que del alojamiento.

Nice stay, quiet location in Siena.
Pros:

A nice stay, friendly staff, good breakfast. Room was comfortable. Quiet residential neighborhood, worth the extra 8-10 walk from other locations. The hotel had two spots for parking (extra charge), which I was able to reserve one during our stay.

Rooftop terrace had nice views of Siena, staff can deliver refreshments. Perfect place to relax before dinner.

Cons:

No major issues.

AC barely worked -- inadequate for heat outside, water condensation in the room left poodles on the floor, no screens on the windows let bugs in at night

Friendly staff ! There is a small fridge/minibar. Beautiful sunset from the roof !
Pros:

It's a 10 minute walk from the center of Siena. Perfect distance to escape the drums and loudness around the Palio, the world's most famous horse race. Also on the walk to down town there is a really wonderful spot with a great view of the town and towers.

Struttura bella ma trascurata. Si salva solo per la posizione e la terrazza con vista meravigliosa

Cons:

Mobilio povero da cambiare assolutamente. Frigoriferino in camera che ci ha messo due giorni a raffreddare una bottiglia d'acqua. Una bottiglia d'acqua compresa nel prezzo della camera, che però non ci hanno dato. Letti sfondati e scomodi. Colazione pessima con pochissima scelta e qualità inesistente. Servizio veramente scarso

Pros:

Super leuk hotel met prachtig dakterras met uitzicht op Siena. Je bent op 10 minuutjes in het centrum. Ook leuk om buiten te zitten tijdens het ontbijt. Alleen maar top. En heel vriendelijk personeel!

Hotel muy caluroso, en teoría hay aire acondicionado (aunque parecía q no funcionara) pero tuvimos que quejarnos varias veces hasta que dejaron un ventilador, desayuno no es buffet pero bueno, sencillo. La habitación bastante cómoda pero el baño un poco anticuado e incómodo, al menos para ser un hotel boutique. En nuestro caso el colchón creemos q deberían cambiarlo porque estaba muy malgastado.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Konnten das Auto schon vor dem check in abstellen bzw. dann auch schon früher einchecken.

Cons:

Zimmer war hellhörig/laut (Erdgeschoss direkt neben der Rezeption, man hat jedes Wort verstanden). Zudem war das Zimmer leider sehr warm, die angepriesen Klimaanlage gab es nicht. Es war zwar die billigste Zimmerkategorie, aber wenn angegeben wird das es eine gibt (zimindest bei booking stand es bei dieser
Zimmerkategorie dabei), dann sollte diese auch vorhanden sein. Frühstück war zwar recht vielfältig, aber die Brötchen leider komplett hart.
