Beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Świtna loalizacja blisko centrum i bezpłatnego parkingu. Dobre, utozmaicone śniadanie na tarasie. Pokój No2 duży urządzony w "starym stylu". Możliwość zakupu wina na miejscu w dobrej cenie.

É um pouco confuso para chegar no hotel pois nao temos uma recepção no local do estacionamento, onde o local nao é tão facil acesso, ainda mais em dias chuvosos e com 4 malas. Tivermos que subir diversos locais de escadas altas e rampas ate chegar no hotel. Isso causou muita fadiga, riscos e desconforto.
Café da manha bom mas limitado, sendo que é oferecido apenas 1 pão e um dia foi pedido apenas mais uma unidade e foi recusado pela anfitriã, relatando que era contado os pães.

L’auberge est idéalement située dans le village avec un parking juste à côté. Notre chambre était spacieuse directement sur la jolie terrasse qui surplombe une rue commerçante.
Mais le meilleur reste l’accueil incroyable et la gentillesse de Roberto!!! On a adoré sa joie de vivre et ses bons conseils!

Ubicación en el casco histórico, eso hace que la experiencia sea fantástica. Tiene un estacionamiento a 80/100 metros . Desde el estacionamiento al hotel hay que caminar cuesta arriba pero no es para tanto. La calidez de los dueños Vittoria y Roberto que te reciben en el desayuno y nos divertimos mucho.

Struttura centralissima, molto comodo il parcheggio gratuito a 50 metri dall’hotel. Staff cordialissimo e disponibile, ambiente familiare.
C’erano un po’ di scale, non un problema per noi ma un po’ scomodo per chi ha difficoltà
Camera molto spaziosa. Posizione della struttura e anche colazione. Roberto..the owner......seppur interista...veramente gentile , simpatico ed accogliente. TOP

It is a wonderful series of rooms, carved out of an historic building close to the heart of Montepulciano. Free parking is arranged nearby, the bedrooms are made up daily and the prices are more than reasonable.
Perhaps the enthusiastic and generous proprietor, Roberto, should find someone else as his model, other then Basil Fawlty - some of us like a quiet breakfast!!
Location
Poor directions, extremely difficult parking, having to carry luggage up multiple steep hills to reach hotel and then navigate multiple stairs to get to room. Staff was unwilling to help with luggage. Found out Breakfast started at 8:00 am the morning we left which was too late for us.

Το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν δεν έμοιαζε με τις φωτογραφίες στο booking ήταν σαν ένα παλιό σπίτι, αλλά ήταν οκ για ένα βράδυ. Οι οδηγίες για το παρκινγκ δεν ήταν πολύ ακριβείς δεν έγραφε πουθενά piano 4 που μας είπαν να παμε
