Encantador y muy limpio
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en un antiguo palacio con mucho encanto.
Como aspecto muy positivo, todo estaba muy limpio y el personal fue amable.

Cons:

El hecho de que fuera un antiguo palacio hace que las instalaciones resulten algo anticuadas y no estén completamente renovadas. En nuestro caso, echamos en falta aire acondicionado, aunque la habitación disponía de ventiladores, lo que ayudaba a hacer la estancia más llevadera.

La presión del agua en la ducha era bastante baja, por lo que salía muy poca cantidad de agua y resultaba algo incómodo ducharse.

Sehr sauber. Frühstück himmlisch.
Man fühlt sich wie zuhause.

Cons:

Wenn ich überhaupt was zu kritisieren hätte,dann wäre das der Rezeptionsbereich ,der nicht sehr einladend wirkt.

Colazione ottima e abbondante! Gustata all'aperto, in un giardino confortevole in compagnia di uno staff simpatico e professionale. Roberto e Giorgio sono.... unici!!

Cons:

Sono capitato in un periodo di caldo torrido,
un po' di aria condizionata avrebbe aiutato. ma, forse, per la struttura architettonica dell' immobile le autorità comunali non consentono impianti del genere.
Comunque con i ventilatori a soffitto abbiamo riposato bene.

The room that we got wasn’t the one presented in the photos at the time of reservation and it looked inferior to the one booked, the paint on the walls was cracked, the balcony was dirty and it overlooked an improper and dirty area. The breakfast was very light consisting of one piece of pastry and a few pieces of salami and cheese.

O anfitrião resolve qualquer problema! Minha sogra é idosa e não consegue subir as escadas da cidade. Ele resolveu buscando, apoiando, explicando, dando dicas. O hotel e o lugar são maravilhosos. Os quartos são perfeitos.

Herzlicher Gastgeber und schönes nostalgisches Hotel im traumhaften Montepulciano
Pros:

Wir haben zwar ziemlich lange gesucht, aber letztlich das Parkhaus und die Ebene gefunden, wo wir kostenlos parken konnten. Ziemlich steile Treppen führten hoch zum Hotel - Achtung: es gibt einen Eingang zwischen zwei Restaurants von der verkehrsberuhigten Fußgängerzone aus, dann schleppt man die Koffer nicht sooo weit..
Roberto empfing uns unglaublich herzlich, fast so als würden wir zur Familie gehören. Sein Sohn half uns mit dem Gepäck.
Die nostalgische Einrichtung unseres Zimmers fanden wir sehr passend für ein älteres, italienisches Hotel. Unser Bett war bequem und der Ventilator an der Decke ausreichend, da es Anfang Juni noch nicht ganz so heiß war.
Im Essensraum standen Gläser und Rotwein bereit zur Selbstbedienung und Bezahlung am nächsten Tag.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut: sowohl süße als auch herzhafte Dinge standen zur Auswahl.
Montepulciano ist eine unglaublich schöne Stadt mit tollen Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir wären gern länger geblieben als eine Nacht und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag Richtung Fußgängerzone mit zwei Restaurants unter dem Fenster. Durch die Müllabfuhr und Anlieferungen am frühen Morgen war dann recht viel Lärm durch die Autos.
