Comfortable rooms

Cons:

We booked a twin bed room with two single beds, which was available on booking.com, however when we arrived, checked in and went to the room, it was one double bed, only to be told they don’t have any twin bed rooms available and if we want two separate beds we need to pay for another room. I felt they took advantage of the situation.
