Pros:

部屋は新しく、清潔です。
そして何より、スタッフの皆さんがとても親切です。
エレベーターはないですが、スタッフがスーツケースを運ぶのを手伝ってくれるので問題ありません。
センターから少し離れていますが、駅からも歩けます。落ち着いた環境ですが、レストランも公園もスーパーも近くにあり便利です。
今回、急遽1泊のホテルが必要になり、直前に予約しましたが、大変良い滞在になりました。
フィレンツェに来る方には、強くおすすめしたいホテルです！

Fantastisk vistelse med med otroligt läge, trevliga rum och sängar, och snäll och hjälpsam personal!
Pros:

Nyrenoverat hotel med fantastisk inredning. Det märks att nya ägaren, Jessie, lägger in otroligt mycket av sin tid och energi på detta hotell och välkomnar en varmt. Personalen var snäll och hjälpsam, speciellt en i receptionen som vi fick prata mycket med, Nessim, var till stor hjälp för oss och fick oss att känna oss välkomna.
Rummen är rena, tysta och med sköna sängar och luftkonditionering.
Läget är väldigt bra, du är nära många bra restauranger och kan ta dig över floden Arno smidigt för de mesta av sevärdheterna.

Cons:

Det är inte ovanligt att internetuppkoppling och WIFI inte fungerar bra i Italien, men det kändes som att detta ställe har resurser för att få bättre internet för sina gäster.

The place felt deserted except for us. I would not stay there again.

The location was good, room comfortable.

Cons:

Our stay was from a Friday to Tuesday. There was never any staff at all in attendance. There was no breakfast, despite 2-3 tables and a small basic kitchen in the lobby. Lobby is up a flight of stairs, and our room was up another flight. No elevator. Elderly people would find this a challenge.

Pros:

Excellent property but who I have to give credit to is the receptionist Eduina who waited for me until I got to the hotel from train station. She was welcoming and gave me excellent recommendations on dining options around the hotel. As the initial face and representative of the hotel she demonstrated the high quality and excellent standards of Relais II Cestello. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Firenze. Thank you, Eduina!
