Lugar maravilloso a un minuto del Duomo.
Pros:

La estancia en Piccolo Residence Apart-Hotel ha sido muy buena. Desde el principio, Taro, se encargó de ofrecerme todo lo que necesitaba. Limpieza impecable, ubicación de 10. El apartamento es muy espacioso.
Te dan café de todo tipo (hasta me trajo descafeinado) y una selección de infusiones. También se encargó de prestarme un secador. El aire condicionado, muy necesario en Julio, va del 10.

Cons:

El menaje de la cocina es muy justo. Hay que cambiar el sartén y no tiene tostadora. Tampoco tiene enchufe en lado de la cama, pero el chico me trajo un alargador.

Location was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend for a family of four.
Pros:

Location was fantastic! The Duomo consistently gave us reference to where we stayed. The American University residence on our street provided a youthful energy of students. The air conditioned room was a relief from the summer heat. The staff, Taro, was attentive and prompt with responding to our questions.

Cons:

Upstairs single beds were creaky, but still comfortable.

Tesis çok merkezi. Her yere yakın. Tren istasyonundan 14 dakika. Duomo meydanına 2 dakika. Oda geniş, banyo, mutfak güzel. Çok iyi karşılandık. Bir daha gelirdim.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta a escasos metros de la Plaza del Duomo. Taro muy amable nos dio el apartamento de la planta baja porque íbamos con un niño pequeño y no hay ascensor. Descansamos genial aunque está en todo el centro, pero no había nada de ruido

El aire acondicionado necesita un ajuste por el ruido que hace, pero funcionaba perfectamente

Pisete super práctico cerca del Duomo
Pros:

El aire acondicionado funciona genial.
La cocina es pequeña pero es excelente.
El hecho de que haya una cafetera tipo Nespresso ayuda muchísimo.
Tiene nevera y se agradece para gestionar desayunos y demás.
Da gusto salir del piso y ver el Duomo tan cerca.

Cons:

Había que subir escaleras para llegar al piso, lo que no supuso ningún problema para mi grupo, pero entiendo que para gente que vaya más cargada o tenga problemas de movilidad es importante.
Las 2 camas pequeñas estaban en una zona elevada del piso, donde no se podían poner de pie las personas que dormían ahí pues se golperarían la cabeza con el tejado.
Allí arriba al menos tenían un ventilador extra.

Apartamento precioso y con excelente ubicación pero mejorar limpieza y la tercera cama del altillo
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica. El apartamento está muy bonito y las dos camas principales (que se pueden unir) son muy cómodas. Al ser un bajo es muy fresco para el verano.

Cons:

Faltaban utensilios básicos como una bayeta para limpiar la mesa del comedor. La limpieza un poco mediocre porque no barrían en condiciones. La tercera cama que estaba en el altillo no era cómoda para un adulto.

Excellent location, steps away from the Duomo and centre. Great space and facilities for the three of, very clean. Was a relief to have good aircon in the recent heat in Florence!! Staff were very receptive by WhatsApp and helpful.

Pros:

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean apartment.

Cons:

Beds were too hard. Cleaning was promised every other day but was done only twice during a week's stay.

TLDR: Book it!
Pros:

Great location between the Dumou and Academia. Convenience shops a stone’s throw away. Apartment facilities were great. A loud shout out to Taro who was a great and very helpful host.

Spacious with a split level area with a separate single bed. Really comfortable double bed. Brilliantly located with a view of the Duomo from the main entrance - just a few minutes away very warm, informative welcome

Ideale uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan Firenze. We kregen een grote en propere kamer, en de gastheer was heel vriendelijk. Rechtstreekse tram naar de luchthaven op het einde van de straat (san marcoplein).
