Piccolo Residence Apart-Hotel

The location of the studio apartment is perfect, practically midway between the Duomo and Accademia, enabling you to easily explore the more frequented parts of the city. It also enabled us to stay out and enjoy the beautiful city of Florence till late at night. The host, Taro, was excellent. He was punctual, gave us very useful information before and during the stay and was very kind to help us with our luggage. The room was equipped with a small kitchenette. The coffee machine and pods, together with some teas was a further bonus.

We were surprised at how spacious it is because sometimes places look larger in photos. The separate loft was perfect for our adult son. Taro was very kind and greeted us promptly. He was very responsive with our communications. He helped us get a taxi for our ride to the train station on the day of our departure.

Everything- especially the location which is close to all the major sightseeing spots. The interior of the property is tastefully decorated with a feeling of calm & serenity. The host was friendly, extremely informative & helpful.

Alles, von der herzlichen Begrüßung durch den Gastgeber Taro (sehr flexibel auch bei unserer späten Ankunftszeit) mit vielen wertvollen Empfehlungen, der zentralen Lage, von der fussläufig in 5-15 Minuten alles erreichbar war. Das Studio sehr komfortabel und groß, bequemes Bett, ausreichend Steckdosen, Badezimmer groß mit Ablageflächen. Ruhig, obwohl mitten im Zentrum. Sehr schönes Ambiente. Wir durften unser Gepäck nach dem Check-out dort lassen bis zu unserer späten Abreise.

An excellent stay in Florence and perfectly situated. Within minutes of stunning landmarks, cafés and shops. Our apartment was the perfect home base - very spacious and comfortable. Exactly what you want to come home to after a full day out.

Our room was facing a small courtyard and it was very quiet at night even with windows open. Room cleaning was done every other day with towels and sheets change. The laundry room downstairs at basement was very functional.
For us, location was perfect, near the markets, restaurants, shops, and attractions. The excellent patisserie was just around the corner, so convenient to grab breakfast every morning. Exceeding our expectations.

Very helpful recomendations from the landlord regarding places to go, pluses and minuses of different museums, etc.
5 minutes to the historical center of the city.
Cleaning was done properly.

過去の経験では無いくらい、自分のニーズには最高のロケーションでした。はじめのオリエンテーションが日本語で本人は自信が無さそうですでしたが私には完璧でした。オリジナルの地図をベースに教えてもらった事がその時よく理解できなくても、その後での行動時に本当に役に立ちました。ホテルと思わずお部屋を使わせてもらう感覚では、設備も最高でした。率直に素晴らしい！

The accommodation was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, right in the city center, just a 10-minute walk to all major attractions. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at Piccolo Residence Apart-Hotel. Taro was there to meet us when we arrived and provided excellent advice about the surrounding area. Check in and check out was easy. The location is perfectly situated right in the middle of Florence. We were able to easily walk to all the sites and the main train station. Our room was very comfortable and I would recommend staying here.
