Pros:

It's very close to the station, has a great location, the staff are very friendly, and there's air conditioning.

Cons:

There were too many mosquitoes; we killed at least ten. Also, the sheets and blankets had obvious stains, so we needed to use our own disposable toiletries.

Pros:

Fantastic location for the train/tram. We took the train from Firenze to Cinque Terre for 4 days before we checked into Hotel Bella so needed to leave some cases in Luggage storage facilities which was just 3 doors down from hotel. It was so convenient and easy. Also a 10 minutes walk to the main square /Duomo. We felt it was a safe area and would recommend this hotel.

Pros:

la ubicacion del hotel es enfrente de la estacion de tren de florencia, lo que permite el acceso rapiso a los pun tos de la ciudad o si queres tomar tren para ir a otros puntos turisticos, no me parecio inseguro , la habitacion muy comoda grande solo que no entendi el tema de la limpieza de la misma ya que en los 4 dias no vinieron a limpiar solo un dia me hicieron la cama, las toallas sucias se dejan en un pasillo y ahi mismo hay limpias para cambiar

Pros:

Avendo viaggiato per lavoro, la vicinanza alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella.
Inoltre il personale è stato molto gentile

Cons:

La camera era piena di zanzare (nonostante fosse fine aprile, non estate) e sulle pareti c'erano addirittura zanzare spiaccicate, oltre a evidenti segni di sporco. Anche il rubinetto del bagno non funzionava bene: l'acqua usciva con un filo quasi inesistente

Good Location, but unsatisfactory hygiene
Pros:

Location was really good, right next to the train station and the reception lady was really friendly.

Cons:

1. Used opened shampoo laying in the shower.
2. We were given 2 separate beds which were both dirty: unknown sticky substance on one bed and hair on the bedsheets on both beds. There were 2 layers of bedsheets on top of each other, hair was on both layers.
3. Tap and the flushing button for toilet in the bathroom randomly doesn't work.
4. Bathroom was moldy and had flies.
5. Hair and dust on the floor/corner.
6. The room was very loud.
7. The room didnt look like it did on the pictures.

The Hotel needs a deep cleaning, if they would maintain proper Hygiene , then it could be pretty good.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
Pros:

Recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. No way its a 3 star, more like a 1 star. Very strange check in process as was given a code for the front door as was arriving after 1pm and key for the room was left on the dressing table. When we entered the room it hadn’t been cleaned from the last guests but then a maid appeared in a panic to clean the room but was hard to communicate as she couldn’t speak any English. We left her to it and went back later. Shower was quite powerful but they are very tight on toiletries, we had to hunt around in one of the storage cupboards for more toilet paper and shower gel. Bed wasn’t made up for second day, kettle and coffee sachets in room but no cups so pointless. Only had 1 pillow each. Also covered in mosquito bites. Positives: convenient for the train station and shower quite good. Negatives: everything else. Top tip: avoid this “hotel” and find somewhere else to stay in Florence.

È stato il nostro primo soggiorno a Firenze. La struttura mi ricorda una puntata dei programmi televisivi tra “l’incubo dei nas” e “hotel da incubo”. Stanza che puzza di umido, bagno con la muffa, termoarredo che si vede non essere stato mai pulito, tavola del water spaccata, pareti della stanza sporche e deteriorate dall’umido in più punti. Purtroppo non ho potuto mettere altre foto, ma è incomprensibile che una stanza del genere venga data a 200 euro a notte. Da non consigliare a nessuno. Siamo rimasti solo perché non potevamo perdere tempo a cercare un altro hotel dovendo restare solo una notte. Una vergogna che sia ancora aperto.

Posizione, ampiezza e dotazioni della camera (101), arredamento

Cons:

Fastidioso rumore diurno e soprattutto notturno generato dalle unità esterne dei climatizzatori posti in prossimità
della finestra balcone. Assenza bidet sostituito da doccino. Il giorno del mio soggiorno non funzionava il sistema di ricezione televisivo.
