Location was bad. Value to money was not justified. In the breakfast spoons were dirty even on the plates 2 0r 3 broken hairs were evident.

Der überaus freundliche Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft waren außerordentlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt und ruhig. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Und das Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell und außergewöhnlich.

Overnight on the Francigena it was good but a bit expensive
Pros:

I was satisfied with my room, it was clean and quiet. So glad for the aircon in this heat. Breakfast was great, enough of everything and nice cuppacino.

Cons:

No wi fi and the fridge in the room bot working
