Amazing hotel outside of Rome
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast, extremely clean, staff spoke great english and was very helpful and cooperative, beds are extremely comfortable, provide you with as much service as you need and extra towels and bedsheets for your stay. Also extremely safe, 3 barriers to entry to your room

Cons:

No hot water for shower. Breakfast could have been a bit better

Pros:

Perfect hotel on the second last day of our via Romea Strata Vienna to Rome hike. We stayed here on our second last day of the Via Francigena London to Rome three years ago. It is on the way it's comfortable and the staff are lovely. We also got early access to our room.
