Alles sehr gut bis auf's WLAN
Pros:

Supergute Anbindung mit ÖPNV, Parkplatz im Freien für VW-Bus vorhanden, große Zimmer, Kaffee-/Tee-Maschine im Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit großer Auswahl (u.a. komplette Honigwabe), Empfang am Anreisetag sehr freundlich und kompetent, Bar für "Absacker" mit sehr nettem Service

Cons:

Es gab die gesamten 3 Tage ein Problem mit dem WLAN, man kam nicht rein. Wir (4 Personen) hatten jeweils verschiedene Mobiltelefone, es hat bei keinem funktioniert. Haben dies an 2 Tagen moniert, jedesmal hieß es, es würde an die Technik weitergegeben, es tat sich nix... am Abreisetag nochmals nachdrücklich beschwert (für uns ein Auswahlkriterium für's Hotel gewesen) und von einer Mitarbeiterin alle möglichen Tipps bekommen, die wir selbst schon ausprobiert hatten (die Dame hatte iwie so gar keine Ahnung vom eigenen System). Letztendlich haben wir nach nochmaliger Unmutsbekundung von einer inzwischen anderen Mitarbeiterin die Parkplatz-Gebühren erlassen bzw. zurückerstattet bekommen.
