Vicinity of hotel was good. Reception staff lovely. Problem is no air conditioning and rooms are so hot. We had our windows open the whole time but it was still uncimfortable

Cons:

I admit that I became scared when I got two apparently different messages asking me to check-in online. O replied to the first, sent a passport photo and other important information, Then a got a second message, asking me to do the same. I became very afraid that the first message was a fraud! With all the net-crimes going in the world, it felt terrible. Fortunately, it was all right, but I wonder why this had to happen.

Pros:

Really close to hbf - you decide if it is a plus, but super convenient to take train.
The staff was really good and professional. The breakfast was good quality, many options and tasty.

Cons:

My room was somewhat small.
The pillow was not the best.

Praktisch (weil 50 Metern von dem Hannover Hbf entfernt) und ins Gesamt gut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl und mit Produkten von guten Qualität.

Cons:

In dem Schrank gab es einen einzigen Kleiderbügel! Die Badausstattung war sauber aber Renovierungsbedürfigt

Es gab eine kleine Minibar Getränke umsonnst. Zur Auswahl war 1 Bier, 1 Pepsi, 1 Stilles Wasser, 1 Sprudelwasser

Cons:

Das Zimmer gehört mal renoviert, die Bäder sind in die Jahre gekommen. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang geht garnicht.
Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Nicht alle Fernsehprogramme verfügbar

Älteres Hotel mit Luft nach oben bei der Pflege.
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang. Ausreichend großes und ruhiges Zimmer. Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Bad nicht OK, z.B. schmutzige Dusche und Vorhang. Defekter Kühlschrank der Minibar, Zimmerfenster konnte nicht gekippt, sondern nur komplett geöffnet werden. Frühstück mit geringer Auswahl, z.B. kein Obst.

direkte Lage am Bahnhof ; schnelle Möglichkeit zum Flughafen zu kommen,
freundliches Personal im Hotel, kleine Minibar inkludiert, Tee,Kaffee kleines Gebäck in der Halle bis 18Uhr

ein Bahnhofsviertel ist immer ein unruhiger Hotspot...
