La habitación todo a nuevo, el resto del hotel en refacción. No comunicado con anterioridad.
En la página figuraba con frigobar y TV.
No proveen frigobar y y la TV sin ningún tipo de señal. ( no está funcionando fue la respuesta).

После бронирования на сайте booking.com владелец предложил сделать повторное бронирование на стороннем сайте с повторным вводом данных о моей банковской карте. На вопрос объяснить ситуацию - почему я должен повторно бронировать апартаменты - ответа не последовало. За неделю до въезда владелец в одностороннем порядке отменил моё бронирование. Считаю такое поведение неприемлемым по отношению к клиенту.

Pros:

Room was super clean. There are signs of usage in the bathroom, like the colour of the grout in the shower, marks on the sink, but other than that, rather nice space.
The room felt new and modern, it was quiet, with windowsclosed, despite tbe location being rather central and three minutes away from Romer square.
The mattress was a bit soft for my tastes, but that's very subjective anyways, overall very comfortable bed. I wish the duvets were a but larger, but maybe that's because I more a lot in my sleep. There's a double curtain, so the room can get super dark during the day if needed.
There was AC in the room, which was very nice. The weather was pleasant during my stay (average of 24°) so the room does get warm while you're away, but it also cools down rathwr quickly upon the arrival and the AC being turned on.
There's a locker for belongings and vulnerables, a TV, the odd thing was that the tea making machine was missing, while the bottom part was in the room.
all in all I was very happy with my room. I'll admit to being sceptical prior to booking, based on some reviews but they were quite not true... The reception and all the staff were so nice and I believe if there was any issue with the room it would have been solved as best as possible.
oh and the front desk is open from 7-23h and the hotel is locked from 23-7,but you get a key for the "night" entry, which honestly made me feel safer overnight.

Cons:

Room was on the ground floor, but that was the availability problem so not really a complaint. Perhaps protective bars on the window would make the sense of safety even grater.

J’ai réservé une chambre avec 2 lits simples (Twin beds), comme indiqué clairement dans ma réservation Booking. Or, à mon arrivée, la chambre dispose uniquement d’un lit double.

J’ai signalé le problème à la réception, mais on m’a répondu que toutes les chambres de l’hôtel sont équipées de la même manière et que, si cela ne me convient pas, je peux simplement annuler ma réservation.

I booked a Deluxe Room through Booking.com for €380 per night, expecting the advertised "spacious room offer classic-style interiors, a satellite TV and a private bathroom." Instead, this was one of my worst hotel stays ever.

The Room & Amenities

Extremely Cramped: There was barely a one-foot gap around the bed and zero room to store our two suitcases.

Bedding: The bed only came with two small covers (one per person).

Missing Features: Despite advertising satellite TV on Booking.com, there were no channels—you could only log into a personal Netflix account. There was also no phone in the room.

Keys: Access was via a physical key, which had a dummy keycard attached to keep the room lights on.

Bathroom Issues

Damaged Facilities: The sink was visibly cracked.

Broken Shower: The shower door was broken and could only close halfway.

Elevator & Accessibility

Tiny & Unreliable: The elevator was very small and two suitcases and one person completely maxed out the space, forcing the second person to take the stairs. We ended up using it strictly for luggage during check-in and check-out.

Solo che la posizione è centrale

NON APRITE L' HOTEL SE STATE IN MANUTENZIONE............

Prima cosa la stanza è piccola e c'erano solo gli asciugamani per fare la doccia e pulire la faccia, c'era scritto che era disponibile il set di cortesia nulla ........ Inoltre hanno pulita la stanza dopo che noi l'abbiamo richiesto
Secondo la colazione non ne parliamo scarsa inoltre il primo giorno non funziona nulla per fare il cappuccino ....... Ho notato che avevano la macchina per fare il caffè e altre cose nella cucina non era meglio metterla dove si faceva la colazione così una faceva da solo senza chiedere
Terzo il sabato hanno chiuso nel pomeriggio e riaperto la domenica mattina, dicevano reception h 24.....
L'unica cosa è che sta al centro
