Pros:

Die Einrichtung war sehr schön eingerichtet und das Personal was das Frühstück mit betreut hat sehr nett und umsorgt um die Gäste.Betten sehr bequem und man hat sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerne wieder wenn ich Hamburg ansteuern werde.

Schönes Hotel, Ernüchterung auf den 2 Blick
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, Beschäftigte im Restaurant sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Wir wurden sehr gut beraten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und Frühstück auf der Terrasse haben wir genossen.

Cons:

Es gab ein Durcheinander mit dem uns als erstes zugewiesenem Zimmer (ruhig gelegen Richtung Innenhof). Dieses Durcheinander zu klären hat einige Zeit gedauert, es war an dem Tag sehr heiß (erste Hitzewelle des Jahres im Juni) und wir saßen wartend und sehr durstig in der Eingangshalle. Für das vom Hotelangestellten an der Rezeption verursachte Durcheinander hätten wir es als guten Service empfunden, ein Kaltgetränk bei diesen Temperaturen angeboten zu bekommen. Dieses Angebot blieb aus. Stattdessen wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen (nach vorne zur Hauptstraße gelegt). Begründung: Die Batterie des Türschlosses sei leer. Wie wir jedoch selbst festgestellt, war das erste Zimmer bereits anderweitig vergeben, was der Mitarbeiter nicht zugeben wollte. Es war nicht dran zu denken gegen die Hitze in der Nacht das Fenster zu öffnen bei dem Hauptstraßenlärm. Die ganze Situation und dann noch die Unehrlichkeit des Mitarbeiters hat uns schon sehr geärgert.

Zudem war das Bad super modern eingerichtet jedoch sehr zu Lasten von Funktionalität und Komfort. Für 2 Personen 1 Handtuchhaken für 1 Handtuch und keine Aufhängemöglichkeit der Duschtücher, kaum Abstellfläche für Bad-Utensilien. Die Duschkabine zu schließen war nicht möglich, stattdessen schlug die Glastür gegen die Glaswand ohne Gummilippe, diese ist wohl dem Design zum Opfer gefallen. Ergebnis: ein überschwemmtes Badezimmer.
