Pros:

La situació estupenda, el personal molt eficient i atent, l'habitació molt neta i el veïnat segur i poc sorollós. A més, hi ha un jardinet on esmorzar preciós i molt agradable

Frühstück & Personal waren gut.

Cons:

Wenn ich ein Zimmer (auch lt. Buchungsbestätigung!) mit 19 qm buche und zahle, dann aber ein Zimmer mit gerade mal 14 qm (Zimmer 38 - 3. Stock) bekomme welches eher einer Abstellkammer ähnelt, viel zu eng ist und auch an sonst vieles am Komfort vermissen lässt, dann ist das für mich BETRUG! Weder Booking.com noch das Hotel waren in der Lage uns zu helfen bzw. die Leistung zur Verfügung zu stellen welche wir gebucht haben. Nie mehr wieder! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Sehr liebevoll geführtes kleines Boutiquehotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zur Außenalster gelegen. Alle Servicekräfte waren immer äußerst freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
