Un excellent séjour.
Pros:

L’emplacement à 15 mn à pied de la gare où convergent tous les moyens de transport de Hambourg . L’hôte est situé dans une rue calme à 100 m des bords de L’Alster dans un quartier animé avec de très bons restaurants et tous les commerces. Une machine à café à disposition dans les chambres. Personnel gentil et serviable.

Cons:

Rien. Peut être le petit déjeuner trop cher .

Grundsätzlich alles ok, aber ich empfand das Hotel mit über € 300/Nacht ohne Frühstück überteuert

Im Großen und ganzen war alles ok.

Cons:

Preis Leistung war nicht ok. ca. € 300/Nacht ohne Frühstück ist ganz schon heftig. Wir waren einige Tage zuvor auch in Hamburg und hatten ein weit besseres Zimmer inklusive Frühstück um unter € 200/Nacht. Für unter € 200 ist das Hotel ok, ansonsten maßlos überteuert.

Super Ausgangslage für einen entspannten Städtetripp mit Zeit zum Einkehren in schönen Cafés.
Pros:

Wir waren ein paar Tage als Städtetripp in Hamburg und hatten das Aussen Alster Hotel als Ausgangspunkt gewählt. Der Checkin und Check out war problemlos, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage vom Hotel hat uns sehr zugesagt. Drumherum sind ganz viele Cafés und Bars und nette Geschäfte und dennoch ist man nur 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Wir waren an außerordentlich heißen Tagen in Hamburg und das Hotel hat keine Klimanalage. Das Hotel hat aber alle Gästezimmer mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet und gute sehr Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten, sodass wir trotz der außerordentlichen Hitze draußen uns bei angenehmen Temperaturen drinnen gut aufhalten konnten.

Pros:

Interessant eingerichtetes Zimmer, etwas sehr klein, aber mit Balkon zum Garten raus, daher schön ruhig. Parkplatz gab es in der Tiefgarage gleich in der Nähe, allerdings 19€ pro Tag.
Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich wünschte mir mehr Informationen beim Check in, z.B. wie es sich mit der Sauna verhält, das man auch anderen Kaffee zum Frühstück bestellen könnte...
Die Terrasse war leider nicht sehr einladend.
Unser Balkon war leider auch sehr dreckig..
Die Beleuchtung des Zimmers war sehr romantisch dunkel.
Ganz ehrlich, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hab ich etwas mehr Professionalität erwartet.
