Beim Einchecken nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten.
Nach Einwand wieder nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten. Zimmer was zwar größer als das erste, aber bei weitem keine 38 qm ohne Sofa, ohne Sitzecke.
Nochmaliger Einwand erfolgte nicht. War mir zu blöd zumal das Personal an der Rezeption nicht so richtig motiviert erschien
Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt !! Beim Auschecken bemängelt, Antwort man würde das Housekeeping informieren.
Ich werde dort nicht nochmal übernachten.

Very very expensive and no better than a Premier Inn

It was the only hotel I could book

Cons:

It was the most expensive hotel I have stayed at but it was no better than a Premier Inn in Reading. There wasn’t even shampoo in the shower. I was told that I should phone them for this - why do I have to get out the shower soaking yet to make a call for something as basic as shampoo lol

I think the staff are arrogant and don’t feel they need to try because people have to book this place for the conference and there aren’t many amenities nearby.
