Perfecte locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!
Pros:

Ik ben heel tevreden met dit hotel, vooral met het personeel aan de receptie, want ze waren vriendelijk en bereid om te helpen. Mijn eerste accommodatie vond ik te donker en niet zo rustig voor mijn gevoel (ik kreeg een beetje angst van de lift). Niets mis mee, maar ik voelde me daar niet lekker. Het personeel van de receptie had hier volledig begrip voor en heeft me geholpen om naar een andere kamer te verplaatsen. Dat vond ik geweldig! Toen mocht ik een andere kamer kiezen en dat was fantastisch!
De locatie is geweldig, alles is op loopafstand en super dichtbij het station.
Het ontbijt was lekker en gevarieerd.

It was nearby everything

Cons:

We booked a family room without stairs with 3 beds. Unfortunately we got into 4 beds room with 2 beds upstairs and 2 beds downstairs. With kids it was not convenient.

Lage und Frühstück waren ok. Wir sind nach 2 Nächten in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen, die dritte Nacht wurde uns erstattet, das war ok.

Cons:

Der Zugang/ Empfangsbereich hat den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle aus den 60ern. Unser Zimmer war muffig und dunkel. Der Blick aus dem Fenster endete im Hinterhof. Das Flachdach vor dem Fenster wurde als Aschenbecher verwendet. (NIchtraucherhotel?) So dürfte sich auch der Geruch im Zimmer erklären. Sobald jemand auf dem Flur seine Türe geöffnet/ geschlossen hat, schepperte unsere Zimmertüre. Dusche war auch nicht sauber, Schmutz und Schimmelstellen waren vorhanden. Renovierungsstau ist wohl die richtige Bezeichnung für so einen Zustand. Die Fotos lade ich hier nicht hoch. Unser Zimmer hatte absolut nichts mit den auf Booking angebotenen Zimmern/ Fotos zu tun.

Cons:

Das Bad. War sehr klein und eng auf meinem Zimmer.
Die Lüftungsanlage auf dem Zwischendach, zu dem mein Fesnterrausging. Zu laut um mit angekippten oder offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

Die Lage ist wirklich super. Direkt neben dem Kölner Dom und dem HBF. Personal teilweise sehr bemüht und lösungsorientiert
Leider war es das dann auch schon mit den Pluspunkten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eine reine Katastrophe - Schimmel sowohl in den Badezimmern als auch in den Schlafräumen!!! Eine absolute Frechheit diese Zimmer überhaupt noch anzubieten!!! Da ist dringender Handlungsbedarf! Und das bezieht sich auf mehrere verschiedene Zimmer ! Als wir uns zum zweiten Mal beschwerten (von einem Schimmel Zimmer ins nächste) durften wir uns dann aus 3 weiteren Zimmern das ‚Beste‘ aussuchen. Das ‚Beste‘ bezieht sich in diesem Fall dann auch nur darauf, dass sich im Zimmer kein Schimmel befand. Sauberkeit der Zimmer vom Housekeeping ist gegeben, allerdings haben alle Wände sowohl Flecken als auch Löcher. Ebenso die gesamten Textilien (Vorhänge, Dekokissen/Tagesdecke)
Auch die Bodenbeläge in den Fluren. in allen Gebäuden, sind übersäht von Flecken und Dreck!
Alles in einem ist das Hotel in einem erschreckenden Zustand.
