Overall average. Served a purpose to have a place to stay, but the room wasnt to my expectations.
Pros:

The room was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was well kept.

Cons:

The room didnt look like the pictures showcased on the booking. It didnt have anywhere to hang clothes/shirts. The TV didnt work. Very noisy in the hallway outside the room.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, location perfect, personnel was nice. But the overal experience was not that good.

Cons:

A standard room key was used, no key card. The condition of my door made it look as though someone had previously attempted to force it open, which did not leave me with a feeling of safety..

Für 129 € pro Nacht habe ich noch nie in einem so unsauberen Hotel übernachtet. Das gesamte Haus macht einen sehr heruntergekommenen und ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Böden in den Zimmern und auf den Gängen waren deutlich verschmutzt, die Flure wirkten insgesamt nicht gereinigt. Hinzu kam ein unangenehmer, starker Geruch auf den Gängen.

Auch die Toilette und das Badezimmer machten keinen sauberen Eindruck. Darüber hinaus war das Personal wenig freundlich und wirkte weder besonders hilfsbereit noch serviceorientiert.

Insgesamt hinterließ das Hotel einen sehr schlechten Eindruck. Für den verlangten Preis ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht angemessen. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

ロケーションは最高でした

Cons:

ロビーから部屋まで少し歩き、入り口も裏口みたいなところから入る感じ。
ロビーに用事がある際、雨が降っていた際は移動が面倒。

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgesprochen gut. Direkt in der Altstadt / Dom. Was will man mehr? Die Ausstattung ist ok. Mir hätte noch ein Wasserkocher/ Kaffeemaschine gefehlt. ( Gibt es im Hotel nebenan.) Für einen Wochenendausflug geradezu perfekt.

Cons:

Die Türen könnten mal erneuert werden. Zimmer sind renoviert aber 40 Jahre alte Türen ohne Türdichtung

Sauberkeit im Eingangsbereich/ WC. Mein Zi. War sauber, was wohl nicht immer der Fall ist, wie der nette, mich begleitende Aushilfs- Rezeptionist mir mitteilte. Ansonsten war das Personal nicht sehr motiviert. Schlecht bezahlt?
Zi. Ohne A/C, sehr warm. Ständiger Lärm von einer Entlüftungsanlage, so dass meine Ohrstöpsel zum Einsatz kamen, um schlafen zu können.

Besonders gut hat uns die Rezeption mit echten Menschen, die uns freundlich begrüsst haben, gefallen. Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich vielfältig und sehr gut.

Ideal für den, der sehr zentral sein möchte und keine hohen Komfortansprüche hat.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, sehr nahe zum Bahnhof, Dom und Zentrum. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Hotelmanager war sehr freundlich. Ein Problem am Zimmersafe wurde umgehend gelöst.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein. Es hatte keine Frigobar. Es hatte keine Klimaanlage, so dass das Fenster offen bleiben musste, weil es sehr warm war, dadurch war der Strassenlärm, auch später Nachts, sehr wahrnehmbar.
