Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich sehr gut und zentral. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war freundlich und hat versucht, uns die Situation zu erklären.

Cons:

Trotz bestätigter Buchung und Online-Check-in kurz vor Anreise standen wir vor Ort ohne Zimmer da. Angeblich gab es einen Betreiberwechsel – obwohl wir laut Rezeption noch im System waren, wurden wir vorher nicht informiert. Besonders ärgerlich: Andere Hotels waren kurzfristig zwei- bis dreimal so teuer, sodass wir nach unserer Veranstaltung ungeplant nach Hause fahren mussten.
