Günstiges und sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, gerne wieder, wenn ich hier in Köln direkt etwas zu tun
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Direkt neben Hauptbahnhof und Musical-Halle sowie Domnähe. Besser geht nicht.

Cons:

Es war sehr warm in Köln und somit war die ganze Stadt sehr aufgeheizt, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts!

Preisleistung einfach gestört
3 von 4 an der Rezeption konnten kaum Deutsch.
Löcher in den Wänden
Sehr viel Kalk im ganzen Bad

Hätte am liebsten mein Geld zurück aber ist ja nicht möglich. Wollte die ersten 5 Minuten abreisen aber der Preis wäre nicht erstattet worden.

cancelled booking, no reason and no notice given
Pros:

Nothing - Booking was cancelled less than 2 weeks before our stay, this left us with very little time to find somewhere else. No explaination was given, we visited the hotel to find it was open and operational and were told to contact Booking.com. Previously stayed when it was the 003 boutique, the location is perfect for Koln however I am very dissapointed that the booking was cancelled with such short notice and no reason.
