The staff was super friendly!
They do have a policy that threw me off at first, but in the end, I fully understood it. You have to leave your key at the reception if you leave the hotel. I was told that it's because a lot of keys have been lost inthe past and I honestly was glad that I didn't have to carry the key around at the concert I attended.

Breakfast was great too, classic German cold cuts, a huge variety of breads, cereal, yoghurt, then there was also scrambled eggs, fried eggs and fried bacon, as well as fruits.

The room was very spacious and clean, the only thing that was broken was the bin in the bathroom - the lid was detached, but it wasn't a huge issue. My room didn't have an outlet directly at the bed, but there was an outlet at the desk to charge items.

There's a bunch of fast food restaurants around the hotel, it's super close to Lanxess Arena and the Deutz/Messe train station. Right in front of the hotel is a tram station. About five minutes away from the hotel is a grocery store.

Cons:

On my first morning, I had some cereal with milk that was unfortunately spoiled. I told the breakfast attendant and she immediately switched it out. This can of course happen and I'm glad I noticed before anything could've gone wrong.

Apart from that everything was great!

Dobry hotel na jedną lub dwie noce
Pros:

Lokalizacja

Cons:

Po otwarciu okna śmierdziało papierosami. Poza tym na podwórku do późna w nocy ludzie stali i gadali i było to słychać. Wyposażenie hotelu ok, ale nie jest już pierwszej świeżości.

So ein freundliches Personal erlebt man wirklich selten. Die Rezeption war 24h besetzt und das Personal war jederzeit zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wirklich hervorragend!
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zur Lanxess Arena- nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

In den Zimmern ist Teppichboden. Es ist aber alles top gepflegt und sauber.
