Nel complesso è un ottimo hotel per un soggiorno breve, tutto vicino e sei proprio in centro.

Pros:

Host che si chiama LUCA è molto gentile ed è molto affidabile. Il servizio è ottimo. L' hotel è vicino alla stazione. Mi è piaciuto che la stanza puliscono ogni giorno.
Ci tornerei volentieri.

The facilities, location and staff were all excellent. The three young men who staffed the front desk each went above and beyond expectations for any 5 star hotel. Lucca, tried to find a taxi for our very early departure but being unsuccessful. He came in 30 min early to assist us with luggage and walked with us to train station!
I would highly recommend this prooerty!

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were abit hard.

Carefree stay in an authentic setting with seaside view
Pros:

Hotel Miro fulfilled all our expectations! We really enjoyed our stay in this authentic gem next to the sea/harbour in the historic centre of Rapallo! The rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff was more than helpful and kind to cater to all our needs!

Cons:

The breakfast was fine, not really varied or extensive. More than expected for us anyway.

Location was good, staff was great.

Cons:

A/C was limited room was always warm on the lowest setting, breakfast was almost non-existent, TV was very small, room was at the top of the stairs so traffic was noisy.
