Super zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Lüftung der Klimaanlage war stark verstaubt. Aus hygienischen und gesundheitlichen Gründen sollte sie regelmässig gereinigt werden. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber.

La struttura pulita e comodissima a due passi dal mare
La colazione buona e aveva tutto il necessario!! Ci ritorneremo!!

Das junge Team war super freundlich und hat mit Tipps und Tricks geholfen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Bahnhof (5 Minuten zu Fuss) und direkt an der Promenade von Rapallo.

Cons:

Den Eingang zu finden war nicht ganz einfach, da er von der Strasse nicht direkt eingesehen werden kann. Die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit ist noch nicht perfekt. Es fehlte zum Beispiel die WC Rollen Halterung im Bad und das WIFI funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Die Jungs arbeiten aber sicher daran und das schätze ich sehr.

The location of the hotel was great, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. Around €700 worth of our belongings disappeared from our room. The hotel’s response was extremely disappointing, with no meaningful investigation or accountability. A hotel should provide not only comfort but also security. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
