Für uns war es ein schöner Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Personal, war sehr nett. Zuerst hatten wir nicht unser gebuchtes Zimmer - konnten aber am nächsten Tag umziehen … Die Lage, Betten, Wlan super.

Cons:

Nicht alles Personal spricht deutsch. Beim Abendessen wird man direkt gefragt, ob man Wasser 💧 möchte. Klar, wie in Frankreich aber nein, das kostet dann direkt 4,90€ ohne Hinweis vorher …

Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und liegt zentral

Cons:

Im Restaurant waren von Mo als wir angereist sind bis Sa als wir abgereist sind die gleichen Krümel auf der Sitzfläche, das Vorspeisenbuffet war sehr traurig, ich weiß es war nicht viel los und es war Nebensaison doch eine Auswahl kann man trotzdem anbieten… !

Im Wellness hieß es ab 15 Uhr ist die Sauna offen doch diese war halt um 15 Uhr immer noch aus man musste erst Bescheid geben dass jemand diese anmacht ..

Die Parksituation eine reine Katastrophe, hier sind sie zwar grad dran diese zu lösen deshalb hatten wir auch direkt eine Baustelle vor der Tür hier hätte man direkt den Gästen entgegenkommen können und keine Parkgebühren zu verlangen und nicht erst nach Nachfrage oder Reklamation uns wurden die Parkgebühren erlassen aber mit rausnahme der Gebühr war unser zugewiesener Parkplatz ständig weg … alles sehr chaotisch

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht aber es ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben …

Besonders gefallen hat mir das Zimmer, das bequeme Bett und die Nespressomaschine. Außerdem war das Essen super lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich.
