Pros:

Frühstücksbüffet und Abendessen-Menü boten eine schöne Auswahl und waren lecker. Das Service-Personal, die jungen Rezeptionsmitarbeiter, der Hausmeister und die Mitarbeiter des Housekeeping waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, Seefeld-Zentrum, Bahn- und Busbahnhof, Wanderwege in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Sauna als eines unserer Auswahlkriterien für das Hotel ist sehr klein, mit einer einzigen Dusche und nur 3 Ruheliegen ausgestattet. Da ohne Fenster oder Zugang ins Freie auch viel zu warm, um zwischen Saunagängen auszuruhen.

Phenomanal hotel in very nice and quiet surroundings
Pros:

This is a phenomenal hotel on verz good location, near the Seefeld railway station, but in very quiet surroundings and calm atmosphere.
I liked my room very much - big enough, with very nice balcony and perfectly clean. Also, I must say all the best for hotel stuff> they are all very young, but very professional and friendly. Especially, I have to mention young man at reception, Leon, who made my mother and me feel phenomenal as guests of this hotel.
I want to mention that both breakfast and supper were delicious and made of very quality products.

Schöner Wellnessbereich, zentrale Lage, Bademäntel für Kinder

Cons:

Bilder zum gebuchten Deluxe Zimmer I versprechen ein schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Trennung vom Schlafbereich - Realität: kleines schmales Zimmer mit wenig Platz für 4 Personen.
Balkon dreckig, Bett mit rausstehendem Kabelbinder, kaputter Schuhanzieher, keine Badetücher für die Kinder (trotz Buchung für 4 Personen)

Teure EUR 19,50 für ein Kinderabendessen (Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce)
Sprachbarriere beim Personal. Leere Salzstreuer, auf Rückfrage soll der Gast mehrere ausprobieren.
Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Lampen im Speisesaal verstaubt

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Buffet am Morgen und das Essen am Abend waren sehr lecker.
Möglichkeit zum parken. Indoor Schwimmbad

Paar Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer:
Die Ablagen in der Dusche waren fast am raus fallen.
Also hatte man nur die Möglichkeit das Shampoo etc. auf den Boden zu stellen.
Die Klimaanlage konnte man nur an und aus machen. Da wären unterschiedliche Einstellungen wünschenswert.
In der Glaskaraffe war anscheinend noch Wasser vom Vormieter drin.

Een fantastische ervaring
Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch omdat het slechts 5 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum ligt. De bedden zijn heerlijk en de badkamer is heel goed. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en heel goed

Schick modern- rustikal. Tolle Aufteilung der Zimmer, schicker balkon + Ausblick.

Cons:

4 Sterne wirken fast übertrieben.
Das Frühstück klassisch aber lecker, im Zimmer keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur zu regulieren.
Sauna? Nur von 15-19 Uhr! Pool zu kalt.
