الموقع حلو قريب من السنتر الديكور والاطلالة حلوة

الرسبشن يغلق من الساعة 7 وصارت لنا مشكلة البطاقة ما صارت تفتح الباب والرسبشن مسكر ونتصل عليهم محد يرد ما قدرنا ندخل غرفنا الا بمساعدة عائلة خليجية فتحوا لنا الباب من البلكونة المشتركة

لا يستحق السكن فيه جراء تلك الملاحظات
Pros:

شاليه ريفي (4) غرف نوم مرتفع و على سفح جبال الألب .
أولاً الإيجابيات :
* المناظر الخلابة تجاه الجبال المغطاة بالجليد .
* ⁠الصالة واسعة وتستوعب عدد كبير من الضيوف .
* ⁠أدوات المطبخ مكتمل ولكن ينقصه ماكينة قهوة بالفلتر .

Cons:

ثانياً السلبيات وهي كثيرة:
* موقف السيارة ليس قريب من الشاليه .
* ⁠الشاليه في مرتفع جبلي عالي لا يصلح أبداً لكبار السن ولا للأطفال.
* ⁠جميع الأثاث قديم جداً وغير نظيف .
* ⁠المخدات مهترئة وكذلك الأغطية .
* ⁠لا يوجد دواليب لتعليق الملابس وبعضها مغلق، ومعظم الرفوف ممتلئة بأغراض المالك .
* ⁠شاشة التلفزيون صغيرة .
* ⁠كثرة الذباب في الشاليه.
* ⁠السلالم خطرة ولا يوجد داعم جانبي لتفادي خطر النزول .
* ⁠الصيانة رديئة حيث كثير من لمبات الشاليه لا تعمل وكذلك بعض دورات المياه ليات الدش معطوبة بالإضافة إلى عدم جودة فريق الصيانة والنظافة قبل قدوم المستأجر الجديد لأنني وجدت عدة أوساخ تحت سرير الغرفة الرئيسية .
* ⁠قيمة الإيجار اليومي ( 1600 دولار ) حيث دفعت هذا المبلغ متوقعاً شاليه مرتب ونظيف يستحق هذا المبلغ العالي ، ولاكنني وجدت العكس مع الأسف .
* ⁠إستغرب تجاهل جميع من قيّموا الشاليه لمثل تلك الملاحظات والسلبيات.

Amazing stay, loved it beautiful apartments
Pros:

Very beautiful apartments, new, fresh and clean.
Lots of kitchen accessories. Bathrooms were functional. Very airy rooms and beautiful terrace area.

Cons:

No fans and no acs.

Amazing value for money
Pros:

- location is on a quiet side street, just a leisurely 5 minute walk from the city center
- lots of parking
- rooms are well sized
- kitchen did not miss anything
- sauna!
- the views are like the best postcard you can think of

Bonus:
- try the China Restaurant Asien around the corner. Slightly pricey, but the food is great!

Cons:

- could be a lot of stairs or trips through the elevator, depending on your room

Beautiful spacious apartments few minutes walk from Seefeld’s center
Pros:

Loved the spacious, modern and very comfortable apartment. Tha staff is very friendly and we hope to come again in the near future.

Spacious and modern apartment
Pros:

Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Well equipped and modern. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Despite my comments about the view, my interaction with the staff was friendly and supportive throughout the stay. Special thanks to the man at the checkout (I forgot his name) but he was very polite and greeted me with a smile.

Cons:

The view was not to the mountains but it was facing other guests apartments which didn’t offer privacy not allowed enjoying the beautiful mountains view in front of the hotel. I requested in my reservation a room with a good view and highlighted the same by contacting the customer service but still given a room with a view to the other apartments.

Great location in Seefeld.
Pros:

The location is great. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful houses and greenery.
There is shaded parking.
We didn’t use the kitchen but it’s fully equipped. There is breakfast for €25 per person.
