Very welcoming, highly recommend.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and only to happy to assist. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choice. Felt like home away from home. The bar was an added bonus with Lucas providing wonderful service and was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

A bar fridge maybe handy if you are staying for extended periods.

Great location, kind reception, and nearby parking!
Pros:

I wished we could have stayed longer than one night. They were just so great to us and helpful. I liked the kindness from reception, nearby parking, views, and location.

Pros:

Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels. Überaus freundliches Personal, top Zimmer, zentrale Lage und ein sehr ansprechendes, vielfältiges Frühstück.

Fabulous Town to visit and and lovely Hotel.
Pros:

We loved our stay. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. Hotel was great. Would stay again when back in Innsbruck.

Ok for the position
Pros:

It is in the city centre, it is clean, the breakfast was good and the lady preparing the food was just amazing and friendly.

Cons:

The room looked outdated, it gave the vibe of an old eastern hotel. I don't really get the high reviews, it is ok, not great.

Best Hotel in Innsbruck! Excellent location, amazing staff, and very comfortable.
Pros:

This hotel is excellent. Location is just across the river from Old Towne and is about a 5 minute walk or less. Close to many things. We walked to everything we needed. Excellent free breakfast. Staff was so nice. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout while we waited for our next transfer. Very clean, comfortable, and safe. We would 100% stay here again. Book it!
