良かったと思う。バスタブのある部屋にしていただいて。ただ少し、お部屋のひろさからすると割高なような気はしました。
Pros:

湯沸かし器を貸してくれた。
バーが併設されていて、夜帰ってきてから、ホテルで飲む事ができたが、料理は無かった。
フリードリンクは、１階のマシーンでしたか飲めなかったが、その飲み物は、おいしかった。
イン川の眺めは良かったが、駅には遠かった。バスやトラムを使いこなす頃、去る感じだ。

Cons:

よく無いわけではないが、朝食の席をひとりだと自由に選べず、空いていても窓際には座れなかったのが残念だった。料理長が厳しい女性で。

It was excellent. If coming back to Innsbruck I will come back to this hotel.
Pros:

We found the hotel extremely clean and well appointed plus friendly and helpful stuff. The location was also excellent. Even the added history was very nice. They provided us with free public transportation and discounts for the other tourist attractions.

It was centrally located and able to walk everywhere. The room, bed, facilities were very comfortable. There was so much variety of food for breakfast and great quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The location was convenient and easy to access.

Cons:

The service at check-in was disappointing. The receptionist was unfriendly and unwilling to provide her name when asked. Although we arrived early and understood that our rooms might not be ready, no effort was made to check whether at least one of our two booked rooms was available. The interaction felt unhelpful and unwelcoming.

The luggage storage area did not feel secure, as our luggage was left behind the bar in an area accessible to others. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but it did not inspire confidence.

The hotel did not meet our expectations for a four-star property. The rooms lacked amenities commonly expected at that level, such as a refrigerator, and there was no room service. The carpets, furniture, and overall condition of the property appeared old and in need of renovation. There was also a noticeable stale smell in parts of the hotel.
