LA STRUTTURA E' BELLA ALL'ESTERNO, ANTICA E PITTORESCA. DENTRO E' UN PO' TRASCURATA, LA PULIZIA LASCIA UN PO' A DESIDERARE... LENZUOLA E BAGNO OK MA POLVERE E CARAMELLE SOTTO IL LETTO. GLI ORARI DELLA RECEPTION SONO UN PO' LIMITATI MA HO VISTO CHE E' UN ABITUDINE COMUNE. COLAZIONE STANDARD MI ASPETTAVO PIU' "COLORE LOCALE" MA IN OGNI CASO SODDISFACENTE.

Gutes und günstiges Hotel.
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage , schönes altes mittelalterliches historisches Haus. Empfehlenswert wenn man nicht unbedingt auf moderne Archidektur steht.

Cons:

Im kleinen WC/Bad muss man ein bißchen auf den Höhenunterschied zum restlichen Zimmer aufpassen. Nicht barrierefrei falls das für jemanden wichtig ist. Schade dass es kein Rührei zum Frühstück gibt, ansonsten ist es gut. Bin trotzdem mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden.

Leider war das Zimmer extrem abgewohnt.Bei der Badezimmertür hing eine Kette hinunter die Wohl bei der Tür ausgerissen war.Es war sehr,sehr warm im Zimmer.Keine Abkühlung.Minimalistisches Frühstück

Palazzo nel cuore di Innsbruck
Pros:

Hotel nel centro di Innsbruck (a fianco dell'arco di Trionfo, 400 mt dalla stazione centrale dei treni, 450 mt dal tettuccio d'oro, 900 mt dal trampolino Olimpico). Stile asburgico con pavimenti in legno (un po' rumorosi, ma col loro fascino). Le stanze sono pulite ed i serramenti offrono una discreta insonorizzazione. Bagno un po' piccolo ma funzionale. Colazione discreta con prodotti salati e dolci. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, soprattutto considerata la posizione.

Nicht empfehlenswertes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Also die Lage war sehr gut, nur ein paar Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer befand sich in einem inakzeptablen Zustand: Die Möbel waren alt und stark abgenutzt. Zudem war die Vollkunststoff-Nasszelle unhygienisch, unansehnlich und von Schimmel befallen.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

it was not very warm or very hot otherwise just with the open window could not image how to manage the situation. Also the was no minibar there so could not have some cold water to refresh. The staff have forgotten to tell me about the innsbruck welcome plus card so i paid for the bus the first day, once i asked they offered it.
