Wir waren auf der Durchreise und sind um 18.30 Uhr angekommen ...der check in hat gut funktioniert doch als wir nach einem platz im Restaurant fragten bekamen wir die Antwort wir wären zu spät es gäbe kein platz mehr für uns. Wir begaben uns dann in die Stadt um etwas zu essen um danach wieder ins hotel zu gehen was ja kein problem sein sollte da die Eingangstür mit der Zimmerkarte aufgehen sollte .....dies tat sie aber nicht und die notrufklingel war auch nicht besetzt ...somit standen wir eine stunde draußen im Regen....bis wir durch die Tiefgarage rein gegangen sind .....Glück gehabt das da die Tür wohl immer nachts auf steht .....am nächsten Tag hat man beim auschecken alles auf den Regen geschoben .....alles in allem will dieses hotel mehr sein als es ist

Hôtel très sympathique
Pros:

Un bel établissement au coeur de la très jolie ville olympique de Seefeld. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins, même en cas d'arrivée tardive pour le dîner. Mention spéciale pour la jolie table spéciale anniversaire 😊. Merci encore ! Piscine intérieure et extérieure, jacuzzis , chambres spacieuses et propres. Demi pension très correcte et variée.

Cons:

Un système pour ventiler les couloirs et les chambres serait appréciable. Un bon nettoyage des moquettes aussi. Les chaises longues de la piscine extérieure sont vraiment usées.

Det var stopp i duschenoch lampan blinkade. Täcket luktade hemskt. Förmodligen gästen innan som svettades en del.

Der Ort und die Lage. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Personal auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich ist sehr klein und nur mit 7- 9 Liegen , Sitz Möglichkeiten ausgestattet. Für die Größe des Hotels und Gäste viel zu klein. Im innen Bereich wahren auch paar Liegen defekt.
Abendessen fand ich jedesmal sehr gut!
Beim Frühstück gibt es das notwndigste das jeder was findet ( klein aber ausreichend)
Was leider nicht so schön war, dass die Platten nicht schnell nachgefüllt wurden so das die beliebten Sachen schnell leer waren.

Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Die Relation zwischen angebotenen Zimmern und verfügbaren Parkplätzen ist völlig unzureichend!!! Die Parkplätze in der Garage sind viel zu eng bemessen, ein Wäschecontainer hat einen Platz belegt. Unter dem Durchgang zwischen Rezeption und Restaurant gab es auch eine Parkmöglichkeit, jedoch stand ein Mini-Van während unserem gesamten Aufenthaltes so derartig ungut, dass er zwei Parkplätze belegt hat.
Die Notlösung, beim Schwimmbad gg Gebühr zu parken, die wir dann vom Hotel erstattet bekommen würden, war für uns nicht machbar. In unserer Buchung steht "Parkplatz inbegriffen".

Wir hatten Kontakt mit 8 Mitarbeitern, davon haben nur zwei Deutsch verstanden.

Das Frühstücksangebot war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Nachgefüllt wurde sehr spärlich. Und zwar alles, von Geschirr bis Gebäck und immer nur auf Nachfrage. Diese passierte non-verbal, gestikulierend, weil weder Deutsch noch Englisch verstanden wurde.

Nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer zwar gerichtet, benutzte Gläser wurden nicht getauscht und auch der Aschenbecher am Balkon wurde nicht geleert. Nach der zweiten Nacht wurde nicht gereinigt. Erst gg 15 Uhr kam die Dame, um Handtücher zu wechseln. Da ich schlafen wollte, habe ich nur den Austausch der benutzten Gläser erbeten.

Die Balkontür hat von außen nicht richtig geschlossen.
