Brilliant staff, beautiful rooms, a really good restaurant that doesn’t do the usual ‘it’s the hotel restaurant so will charge the Earth just because they can’, great location, interiors and an excellent breakfast service. This place just has a really lovely vibe and the bar tables outside are perfect for people watching. Very much looking to a return visit.

The breakfast was outstanding! Great food selection, service was excellent and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the area. The location was perfect, centrally situated. Easy access to transportation.

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Sämtliches Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich mit Tipps für Innsbruck und Umgebung. Das Parkhaus ist unweit des Hotels - topp.
Die Aussicht in den Hinterhof war nicht so doll - hat aber nicht gestört, dafür war es nachts ruhig und wir waren eh viel unterwegs.

It’s a bit challenging to find and you have to park off site . What we were not told is that you can drive up to the hotel in the mornings before 1030. Had we been told this, we would have not made 2 trips bringing our belongings to the car in the parking garage!
Also could defiantly use nicer towels. For a nice hotel, they need to upgrade this.

We loved our stay! We were welcomed by the sweet Maria who was very warm and helpful. She explained us everything so well, gave us some tips about the city and spoiled our dog with treats.
The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The location is wonderful. Right in the heart of town.
The restaurant of the hotel is wonderful, so is the bar. Breakfast was 10/10.
