Pros:

The two Martins on staff are fabulous. Thank you Das Innsbruck! We loved our stay here.
A few items: please fix the sign-the cracked sign makes your hotel look cheap and un-inviting.
The storage in room 107 is weird. But ok.
What a fabulous lobby area!!! And wonderful breakfast. You provided excellent service and we would visit again for sure! Thank you!

Fantastic modern room with plenty of space, The breakfast was very good, the Bar serves very good cocktails. Lastly, despite the largest Sauna having an issue during our stay the area is excellent. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Das Innsbruck was one of our favorite hotel stays during our honeymoon. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the old town, the river, and all the sights—but it’s what’s inside that really makes it special.

Our room was modern and comfortable, with elegant design touches that made it feel stylish but cozy. The staff was welcoming and professional, and everything from check-in to checkout was smooth.

But what really stood out to us was the wellness area. The spa at Das Innsbruck is a hidden gem—two full floors of sauna, steam room, relaxation space, and a pool, all included for guests. One level is textile-free (European-style), the other is family-friendly with swimwear. After days of sightseeing and traveling, being able to unwind in the sauna with mountain views was incredible.

This hotel strikes the perfect balance of city access and alpine relaxation. Whether you’re visiting Innsbruck for the adventure or the atmosphere, this place nails it. Highly recommend.

Very central location. Free upgrade to a room with interesting features (faint stars in ceiling at night).
Hydrojet massage is not worth the money, would have much preferred an actual masseuse.

The hotel is on the edge of Old Town and easily walkable to everything in the district. Parking is across the street and down the block, so a bit inconvenient. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We asked many questions about the area, and they offered a great deal of assistance. The room did seem a bit small or had too much furniture in it for the size. It was very clean and comfortable though. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty.

The hotel is located in the center of Innsbruck, right in the old city, near the Inn river and close to public transportation. We also got free public transportation card for the time during our stay.
