Unser Zimmer war in einem Anbau/Nebengebäude ohne Aufzug und mit Badewanne (nicht barrierefrei). Auf der Treppe lagen die beiden Tage an denen wir da waren Dreck, der Teppich hat sich oben schon abgelöst, im Zimmer waren sehr viele Koffer Spuren auf dem Boden. Beim Duschen in der Badewanne hat sich die Trennwand bewegt, was dazu geführt hat, dass der WC-Papier Halter inkl. WC Papier komplett nass wurden, ein anderer Ort dafür wäre besser gewesen

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel trägt zu Recht den Namen! Das Personal war überaus freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Den Shuttlebus zur Piste findet man auch nicht überall.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

As a group of 8 we stayed at the Zum Gourmet for 3 nights. The location, was ideal, the staff were all friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is well presented, rooms are well kept and are really decent size. The breakfast and evening meals catered for all needs and the standard of food and presentation couldn't be faulted. We would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to others. An amazing stay was had.👍

Good place, not a good deal
Pros:

I want to be clear from the beginning, this is a good hotel, very clean, excellent breakfast. But, small rooms, out of proportion to the price, heavy atmosphere, surly people, we did not feel comfortable, physically and emotionally
