Great location, caring staff, highly reccomendable.
Pros:

The location couldn't be better, right across the road from the Hanenkam lift, and literally at the end of the ski slope. The ski room is 20 meters away from the snow. Just perfect.

Cons:

Nothing to report here, overall a very pleasant stay.

Der Frühstücksraum war hübsch, die Dame in Service nett, jedoch war alles andere nicht wie erwartet.

Cons:

Zimmer, sowie der Service! Minibar ohne Inhalt, Bett nicht sauber, Bad zu klein, die Größe vom TV war wie in einem Wohnmobil...eine Zumutung, keine Badausstattung...Badeschuhe...etc. irgendwie war es aussen hui, innen nicht pfui aber keine 4 Sterne!

Sehr zentral gelegenes wunderschönes Hotel ,gut zu erreichen mit dem Zug ,sehr nettes Personal ,tolle Zimmer ,es hat an nichts gefehlt .Zimmer schon bei der frühen Anreise bereit .Bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Kitzbühel gerne wieder .

Hotel in guter Lage mit Wohlfühl-Garantie - ob Personal, Zimmer oder sonstiges, nur zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Ein rundum gelungener Trip, da alles gepasst hat. Gute Lage, mit Garagenplatz, super sympathischem Personal und das Frühstück war sogar noch besser als erwartet. Die Zimmer sind klassisch schön und geräumig samt gutem Badezimmer mit genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Hotel noch über ein Schwimmbad, Fitness-Raum, Wellness-Ecke, Massage falls gewünscht und auch an Spielzimmer für die Jugend und Kleinen wurde gedacht. Falls Kitzbühel mal wieder anstehen sollte, wissen wir wohin!

Cons:

Es gibt tatsächlich nichts was man hier angeben könnte, da es nichts zu bemängeln gibt. Sogar die Hahnenkamm-Bahn und die Österreichische Bundesbahn in der Gegend sind ruhig und stören absolut nicht.

Unbeatable location!
Pros:

You cannot beat the location! Ski in and 50 yards from the gondola and ski rental place. Then it is a lovely 5 minute stroll into the town centre. Lovely attentive staff too (especially Erika).

Cons:

If we had to be picky, our family room needed modernising and it would be nice if the swimming pool was slightly warmer! We did choose to eat out a few nights as the menu didn’t change that much during our stay.

Perfect location for skiing!
Pros:

Fantastic location and silent room with bucolic views over the mountains and slopes. Two nice private terraces to relax - weather permitting.
Excellent breakfast full of choice. Friendly and accommodating staff always happy to help.
So close to the old
Town it’s a privilege!

es war sehr schön, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Familiere Atmosphäre. Das Essen wahr auch sehr gut und die Lage ist hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder.
