这个酒店真的是我在奥地利住过最差的酒店，预定的山景房，去了一看没有阳台，和宣传图片完全不符。去了只剩下最顶层阁楼，这也能叫山景房，窗户都被木条遮挡。设施很老旧，服务人员态度很差，完全不把我们当客人，态度很强硬，说就这两个房间剩下，不住就可以离开。完全不能接受，最关键没有空调，我们在35度高温房间睡了一晚上

Top Lage. Sehr ruhig und ein super Bergpanoramablick.
Lecker Frühstück und Personal sehr freundlich.
Zum Abendessen gab es sehr leckere Schnitzel.

Entspannung in Traumkulisse
Pros:

Wir waren nun schon das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Beim 1. Mal nur mein Mann und ich. Das 2. Mal mit der Familie mit Kleinkindern. Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist super. Die Familie mit 2 Kindern bekam das grosse Eckzimmer. Alles war schon eingerichtet! Die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Der Ausblick vom Balkon fantastisch! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut - auch Sonderwünsche konnten angebracht werden. Zum Nachtessen blieben wir ebenfalls im Hotel. Das Essen einfach lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Chef war immer zugegen und half tatkräftig mit. Ein grosses Lob der ganzen Crew samt Chef! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder - mit Familie!
Die Nähe zu Innsbruck und Wattens (Kristallwelten) ist optimal.

Perfekte Zimmer mit je rund 50 m2, also größer als manche Wohnungen. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Absolute Ruhelage am Waldrand. Rennomiertes Haus, freundliches Personal, top Frühstück.

Cons:

Es ist ein PKW erforderlich. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind kaum vorhanden.
