Beautiful hotel in the heart of Verona!

Cons:

Hotel website send the facilities where wheelchair accessible and they were not. But the staff did everything they could to accommodate us

Pros:

Great location. .
FANTASTIC BREAKFAST....quality and spread as well as the person managing it!
Great front desk personnel...helpful and very pleasant
Parking however extra charge in nearby parkhouse

Cons:

Bathroom exhaust fan was either not working or just does not do much.

Super Lage, sauber, komfortabel und leckeres Frühstück
Pros:

Gute Lage, nahe am goldenen Dachl und somit sehr viele gute Restaurants. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet und freundliche Mitarbeitenden.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Die „Tür“ in der Dusche/Badewanne ist nicht dicht, was in einer kleinen Überschwemmung bei jedem Duschen resultiert hat. Nicht weiter schlimm.

Sehr gutes, familiengeführtes Hotel an einer ausgezeichneten Lage.
Pros:

Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die angenehme Atmosphäre sorgen für einen echten Wohlfühleffekt. Super Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Genuss.

In general good, with the exception of the cleaning obstacles everytime I went out of the room.

The room that was given to me was at the back, with a view to the back of buildings and debri, not a good view from that one. I requested another room and I got another one with good view. The grey carpe looks tired and the clearing staff leaves the carts, vaccums on the whole ways, it is actually not easy to work through. Could even be dangerous.
