Excellent location and service, but the room was too warm
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel has an excellent location in the Old Town, within walking distance of the main railway station. There are also tram and bus stops very close by, which makes getting around very convenient.

Our room had a balcony with beautiful views, and it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was genuinely very good, with plenty of options and good quality food. I’m not much of a sweet-breakfast person, so I was really happy to see porridge and fresh berries on offer.

The customer service was also a very positive surprise. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly, welcoming, and pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the temperature in the room. It was very hot, even though the cooling system was set to -2°C with the fan on level 3. The cooling system simply didn’t seem to work well enough. At night, it was so warm that we were sweating, and even during the day it was cooler outside than inside the room.

Luckily, we had a balcony, so we were able to air out the room before going to bed, which helped somewhat.
