Great breakfast and service, but noisy and somewhat tired rooms made the stay less comfortable.
Pros:

The best part of the stay was definitely the breakfast — excellent selection, fresh products, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were also genuinely welcoming and friendly, which made us feel well looked after.

Cons:

The room itself, however, felt rather average and a bit tired in places. There were visible marks on the walls and stains on the carpet, which took away from the overall impression. Our room was also facing the main street, so it could get quite noisy, especially during the night.

Another issue was the air conditioning. Once the outside temperatures dropped, the AC no longer seemed to function properly. Keeping the windows closed to avoid the street noise made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

Finally, the beds were far too soft for our liking and not particularly great for the back after 4 nights.

Für einen kurzen Wochenend Tripp nach Innsbruck ist das Hotel perfekt
Pros:

- die zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt
- das Design der Bar BLAUE BRIGITTE
- das Design des Zimmer mit den Farben Petrol und Gold
- das unser Zimmerfenster Blick auf die Gasse hatte
- allgemein die hochwertige Renovierung des Hotels mit exquisitem Design

Cons:

- leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Safe und keinen Kühlschrank
- es wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl wir das gar nicht wollten
- Zugang zum Hotel ist uncharmant, erst durch langen Tunnel und dann gleich in den Lift, mit der Rezeption im Dachgeschoss
- das Auto muß relativ weit weg in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage geparkt werden
- die letzte Etage zu unserem Zimmer im 5.Stock mußte ohne Lift bewältigt werden
- die Dusche war nicht leicht begehbar, sondern in einen engen Badewanne

Wunderschönes Hotel mit super netten Personal
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ebenso wie die Getränke an der Bar! Die Lage des Hotel ist super, auch mit dem Parken gut gelöst! Das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm!
