Pros:

Das Hôtel besticht mit außergewöhnlichem Design. Alles Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet und sehr schön. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt, viele Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal! Wir haben uns selten so wertgeschätzt gefühlt wie hier. Zum Frühstück standen regionale Produkte, Obst, Joghurt uvm. bereits. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr weich und deshalb unbequem. Auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank würde den Aufenthalt abrunden.

It has a great location with a wonderful breakfast. I would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was centrally located with a wonderful breakfast. The room was spacious and surprising quiet when the window were closed. The bar/reception area was nice and light. The staff was very good and the welcome drink at check in was a nice touch

Cons:

It was a bit loud with the windows open in the early mornings as it is the only time the street was open to traffic. All do the businesses have to get supplies at that time. But the closing the window made a huge difference.

Pour le prix payé, j'ai été déçues de la chambre
Tout d abord la salle de bain n'est pas séparée du reste de la chambre par une porte.
Il n'y pas ni mini bar ni machine à café
Aucune table dans la chambre, à part 2 minuscules table basses. La bouilloire et la bouteille d'eau sont posés sur l'évier de la salle de bain, absolument pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Einfach alles war super! Besonders hervorragend war das äußerst höfliche und hilfbereite Personal, die grandiose Lage direkt in der Altstadt und das Frühstück.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, schön und komfortabel. Wir würden direkt wieder in dieses Hotel fahren wenn wir in Innsbruck sind.

Excellence at its best
Pros:

The staff was absolutely the greatest first impression to our stay. When we had arrived, we were greeted with such kindness and hospitality. We decided to stay in the Golden Room and it was excellent. The staff treated you like royalty and always had a friendly smile. We were on a short getaway and we felt like we were in a fairytale. The views from the room were incredible. Thank you for the memories.
