Läget på hotellet och den vackra utsikten runt om
Pros:

Rummet mycket bra, skön säng, stor dusch, hotellet hade perfekt läge, trevligt m välkomstdrink, fantastisk utsikt fr baren, att vi kunde låsa in bagaget under dagen i väntan på kvällståg

Cons:

Hade önskat att det gick att öppna ett fönster, frukosten dyr även om det var en innehållsrik buffé

Pros:

Cet hôtel est situé en plein centre de la vieille ville mais isolé et tranquille. Complètement rénové, décoré avec goût , ultra confortable, douche parfaite, isolation supérieure. Personnel attentif, gentil, petit déjeuner incroyable. Mon seul regret : j y serais restée plus longtemps!

Innsbruck is a lovely city; the hotel is far too overpriced for what it offers.
Pros:

The only good thing is the location

Cons:

The place is dated and dirty. Carpets with stains, walls dirty and even the glasses in the room were dirty and not replaced from one day to the other.
There is no restaurant. The bar is mainly open to a crowd of young people so expect it noisy and with loud music. Breakfast is average.

We would love to go back!
Pros:

Location was excellent, right in the middle of the most popular attractions in Innsbruck.
Room was spacious, very clean and well maintained.
We loved the way the hotel was very modern yet retained the historical achitectural aspects of the building.

Cons:

Only 1 lift meant having to wait sometimes longer than you'd like

Great Old Town experience during the day.
Pros:

It was great to be in the Old Town area with access to lots of restaurants, shopping, in addition to it just being beautiful. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Our room overlooked one of the main streets & therefore was very loud and noisy, some nights until 2 or 3 in the morning. The sink did not drain well.

Staff was excellent and extremely welcoming. They went above and beyond each day to ensure the stay was great! Best location in the city, right next to great restaurants and the golden tiles.

An unforgettable stay
Pros:

Wonderful location in the centre of the old town, 15 minute walk from the station, 5 minutes to the Funicular lovely quirky rooms, we had one with a balcony & the outdoor chairs were really comfy. Excellent breakfast with wonderful views & complimentary luggage storage lockers were available after we checked out. Highly recommend.
