In Ordnung
Pros:

Der großzügig gestaltete Saunabereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Essen war durchweg von hoher Qualität und geschmacklich hervorragend. Insgesamt wird das Hotel sehr gepflegt geführt und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Kinderspielplatz ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Für eine angebotene Weinprobe hatten wir uns angemeldet. Dass diese aufgrund einer zu geringen Teilnehmerzahl abgesagt wurde, haben wir jedoch erst unmittelbar vor Beginn zufällig von unserem Kellner erfahren. Bei der geringen Hotelbelegung wären vier Teilnehmer anwesend gewesen – wenn eine solche Veranstaltung angeboten wird, sollte sie aus unserer Sicht auch mit einer kleineren Gruppe stattfinden oder zumindest frühzeitig abgesagt werden.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereichs sind für Familien wenig geeignet. Da das Abendessen bereits um 18 Uhr beginnt und meist erst gegen 19:30 Uhr endet, bleibt nach dem Zubettbringen der Kinder praktisch keine Möglichkeit mehr, den Spa-Bereich zu nutzen. Da Kinder den Wellnessbereich nicht betreten dürfen, wäre eine längere Öffnungszeit am Abend wünschenswert.

Obwohl sich das Hotel als familienfreundlich präsentiert, hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts den Eindruck, die einzige Familie unter überwiegend älteren Gästen zu sein. Dadurch entstand für uns teilweise das Gefühl, dass Kinder eher als Störfaktor wahrgenommen werden. Unsere Kinder sind gut erzogen, dennoch gehört es bei einem Kleinkind von eineinhalb Jahren dazu, dass es gelegentlich etwas lauter wird. Wer ein ausdrücklich familienorientiertes Hotel erwartet, sollte wissen, dass die tatsächliche Gästestruktur und Atmosphäre diesem Anspruch aus unserer Sicht nicht immer entsprechen.

Die Preisgestaltung bei den Getränken hat uns ebenfalls negativ überrascht. 5,50 € für eine 0,75-l-Flasche Mineralwasser empfinden wir als überzogen und für ein familienorientiertes Hotel nur schwer nachvollziehbar.

Das Hotel selbst ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird jedoch sehr gepflegt erhalten. Die Kinderbetreuung sollte jeder Gast nach einem persönlichen Kennenlernen der Betreuungsperson selbst beurteilen.

You won’t go wrong with this hotel!
Pros:

One of the best skiing resorts i’ve been to!
The service and though they put in to make you feel respected and comfortable is on another level.
There is a direct access to one of the main lifts (few minutes), there’s an option to buy ski pass at the reception and a locker room with heated lockers to leave your equipment overnight.
Rooms were exceptionally clean and warm with a great view.

Staff at the restaurant were perfect! Strahinja, Luka, Luka and Ande made the great stay even better!

Cons:

Furniture in the rooms is old but well maintained and cleaned. It gives off vintage vibes.
