מלון במיקום נפלא על שפת האגם, עם אווירה רגועה ואוכל טעים, אך החדר היה צפוף מדי לטעמי.
Pros:

המלון ממוקם במיקום נהדר, ממש בסמוך לאגם וורתרזה, ומאפשר ליהנות מטיולים נעימים לאורך האגם ומהנוף היפה. הגעתי באוקטובר, כאשר מרבית האטרקציות והפעילויות באגם כבר היו סגורות, אך עדיין נהניתי מאוד מהאפשרות לטייל לאורך החוף, לנשום אוויר צח ולהירגע באווירה השקטה והפסטורלית.

במלון יש גם מסעדה הפתוחה בשעות הערב, והאוכל בה היה טעים. ראוי לציין לטובה את השירות במסעדה: כשהזמנתי סטייק, קיבלתי מנה שונה ממה שציפיתי — שתי רצועות קטנות של בשר במקום סטייק בגודל רגיל. לאחר שהסברתי זאת למלצר, הוא הבין מיד את העניין ודאג להחליף את המנה לסטייק שהתאים לציפיותיי. הערכתי מאוד את היחס ואת הנכונות למצוא פתרון.

Cons:

החיסרון העיקרי מבחינתי היה החדר. אף ששטחו היה כ־18 מ"ר, הוא היה עמוס ברהיטים, מה שיצר תחושה של חלל קטן וצפוף והקשה על ההתנהלות הנוחה בחדר. ביקשתי לעבור לחדר מרווח יותר, אך לצערי הצוות לא הצליח למצוא עבורי חלופה מתאימה.

בנוסף, כדאי להביא בחשבון שבחודש אוקטובר מרבית האטרקציות והפעילויות באגם כבר אינן פעילות, כך שמי שמגיע בתקופה זו יוכל ליהנות בעיקר מהנוף, מהטיולים ומהאווירה השקטה.

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage. Große Zimmer mit Blick über den Wörthersee. Alles sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und ein unglaublich umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet sowie hervorragendes Abendessen!

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich direkt im Hotel war mir persönlich zu wenig auf Entspannung ausgerichtet. Im Dampfbad und in den Saunen viel zu grelle, unangenehme Beleuchtung und keine angenehmen Gerüche wie man das von Spabereichen kennt!

The hotel is at a very good location in a beautiful environment
Pros:

The hotel is at an amazing location right next to the lake. It's very close to the train station so it's just a short 15-min train ride to get to Klagenfurt. All sights are quite close (20-30 min drive).

The room was spacious and the sofa was also convenient that was opened for my son as an extra bed. A foldable drying rack is also provided which is very handy when you need to dry your wet swimsuits.

There's one indoor pool and there's a heated pool outside from where the view is stunning. The wellness area is very clean.

There's a room dedicated to kids and there's also a small playground better to little kids. On certain days there're also programs organized to kids and the animator was super friendly.

The food was great, especially the breakfast was diverse and we had a dedicated table throughout our visit so we didn't have to look for one each and every day.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The dinner system is interesting. There's a menu card that guests can check every day and they have to pick from the menu which main course they'd like to eat and whether you'd like to order a starter and a dessert. In very busy periods this can cause inconvenience since you need to wait for your order. During our visit the hotel was full so there were days when it took about an hour till the main course arrived. The good side of it was that the children menu is served in the buffet so you don't need to wait there and you can eat some salad till the main course arrives. The soup is also self-served so you can eat that too while waiting. The dessert was served in the buffet one evening but had to be ordered other evenings; first evening we had to order the food for our child but other evenings we could serve ourselves from the buffet. So probably a lot depends on how many people there are in the hotel and that's how the dinner is arranged.

The temperature of the indoor pool could have been just 1-2 degrees warmer so that you can stay a bit longer in it. However, I think, again, it depends on the day and how many people there are around because during the busy weekend the water definitely felt a bit warmer. The heated outdoor pool is warmer than the indoor one but in October it's not really possible to stay outside with a kid more than 20-30 mins.

Pros:

Nettes Entgegenjommen bezüglich einer Umbuchung im Haus, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal!

Cons:

Sitzplatz beim Frühstück war im "Wintergarten" neben der Glasscheibe und dadurch auch sehr kältefördernd. Leider keine Insektenschutzgitter und auch im Oktober noch aktive Gelsen.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Werzers Hotel Resort. Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Atmosphäre angenehm und die Lage direkt am Wörthersee traumhaft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und konnten die zwei Tage richtig genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es gab wirklich nichts, was uns negativ aufgefallen wäre. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Charmant und gediegen
Pros:

Schönes Frühstück, ausgezeichnete Küche, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, das Bootshaus ist sehr charmant lediglich die Liegen im Ruheraum verdienen ein „uplift“
