The staff

Cons:

There are steps on the side of the hotel where you have to take your taxi or uber. You have to ask staff to use a separate lift if you have luggage. The area appears to be where luggage is stored

Overall satisfied with our stay.
Pros:

Hotel is right in the heart of the old town (altstadt) so we very convenient. Also, parking, which is non-existent on location, was made very easy by the staff valeting the car.

Cons:

Not able to get coffee easily in the mornings unless you went to breakfast. Also, there was some mechanical noises that would come and go throughout our stay.

Loved the location
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very spacious room. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the location. Restaurants close by and and a short walk to the venicular to transport us up to the fortress. I will definitely be back to stay again.
