Best thing was the location. Not likely to stay there again.

Excellent location. Good breakfast and a very helpful server.

Cons:

1. My room. Avoid #502. I bet I had the worst room in the entire hotel. It was probably once a storage room in the attic. It shouldn’t be used as a guest room. Small windows facing a wall - I couldn’t even see out the window to check the weather! Very dark and cramped. inadequate lighting with a deeply slanted rooftop except for the skylight window that wouldn’t shutter properly. Asked to change room and they said I would have to wait until the next day. (The hotel was not full despite their claim - I checked.)
2. Internet was super slow and I kept losing connectivity. Maybe because of the location of my room?
3. The room key. They need to modernize with a key card or at a minimum use a lighter key holder. The key chain was super bulky and heavy!
4. My friends who were in another room had water pouring (literally) from their ac and they said they couldn’t do anything other than mop it up and leave a bunch of towels. Apparently the tech left for the day. (It was 4:30pm on a weekday!)

Great staff,, clean comfortable hotel in old town.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff on reception. There was complimentary Romaquelle water and some fruit as a welcome in the room. The room was large with a very comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space. Breakfast was a nice buffet with the staff delivering your choice of coffee as well as fried eggs if you asked. I liked that the Americano came in a coffee pot so you could get two cups out of it. Perfect location in the old town.

Cons:

We regularly could here a gurgle of water.

Cons:

Blev väckta av ett högt rinnande vattenljud i ACn som kom och gick. Störd nattsömn. Försökte ta upp det med receptionen men dom brydde sig inte.
