Pros:

Personál byl velice milý a ochotný. Jídlo bylo výborné a pochvala šéfkuchaři, který si opravdu vyhrál s předkrmem či dezertem a krásně je nazdobil. Pokoj byl prostorný a každý den perfektně čistě uklizený. Velký bazén, sauna a lehátka i venku v zahradě bylo krásné zázemí na odpočinek. Hotel není ve městě, ale je v klidné části, takže opravdu byl všude klid. V okolí je krásná příroda a možnost výletů. Moc se nám vše líbilo.

Die Top Lage des Hotels. und das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett! Das Essen war hervorragend! Ich werde wieder kommen! Toller Wellness Bereich mit grossem Pool! Auch der Fitness Raum war perfekt!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, der Wellnessbereich perfekt und das Essen war sehr gut und große Auswahl.
Radel Abstellplatz und auflade Möglichkeit war vorhanden. Wir würden wieder kommen und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

10. házassági évfordulónkat ünnepeltük ezen a hosszú hétvégén (péntektől vasárnapig) ebben a csodás gasteini hotelben, és egyszerűen el vagyunk ragadtatva! A helyszín fantasztikus, de ami igazán különlegessé és felejthetetlenné tette az ott-tartózkodásunkat, az a konyhai és a felszolgáló személyzet volt. Eszméletlen jó meglepetés volt számunkra, hogy szinte a teljes csapat magyar, mint mi!Bár nem vertük nagydobra az évfordulónkat, a beszélgetések során szóba került, és a személyzet onnantól kezdve mindent megtett, hogy királyi módon érezzük magunkat. Rendkívül kedvesek, figyelmesek és segítőkészek voltak, minden kérésünket lesték. Ritkán tapasztalni ennyire szívmelengető vendéglátást és professzionális, mégis közvetlen hozzáállást.Mindent nagyon köszönünk a teljes csapatnak, maximálisan elégedettek vagyunk, és biztosan visszatérünk még! Szívből ajánljuk ezt a hotelt mindenkinek!

Top verblijf, zeer vriendelijk personeel, prima eten en top voorzieningen!
Pros:

Alles was top geregeld, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer ruime keus m.b.t. eten, meer dan genoeg aanbod en alles was van echt prima kwaliteit! Prachtig groot en verwarmd binnenzwembad. Daarnaast mooie welness voorzieningen. De kamers waren ruim en de verzorging van de kamers was top. Douchevoorzieningen bij het zwembad en sauna waren ook overal top waarbij je gratis gebruik kunt maken van eigen douchegel. Handdoeken, badjas was ook allemaal top geregeld. Overall een pracht hotel met een mooie inrichting!
Als extra service nog een lunchpakket meegekregen op de thuisreisdag omdat we voor het ontbijt zijn weggegaan.

Cons:

Het was ons niet duidelijk dat je voor de drank bij het avondeten moest betalen. Wellicht goed om dit nog aan te geven op de site. (Mocht dat nog niet het geval zijn)

Freundliches Aktivhotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist als Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen gut gelegen. Danach bietet sich das schön warme und große Poolbecken, die Infrarotkabine oder Sauna (wurde von uns nicht benutzt) zur Entspannung an. Hervorzuheben ist das exelente Restaurant, insbesondere das Abendbuffet.

Cons:

Es ist zwar Klagen auf hohem Niveau, aber leider war die Ausschilderung der Speisen verwechselt oder fehlte ganz, so dass man hier und da sein Essen "suchen" musste, was überhaupt nicht zur hervorragenden Qualität der Speisen passte. Auch fehlte immer wieder Besteck an verschiedenen Stellen des Buffets. Hier würde ich mir mehr Aufmerksamkeit des Personals wünschen!
