Pros:

Great location - very close to bus stops and only about a 30 minute walk to the river. Very comfortable room. The staff was very nice. We didn't have breakfast, but it was all fresh and local.

Das Frühstück ist ein Traum!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu Straße. Mir war der Verkehr bei offenem Fenster zu laut und auch bei geschlossenem immer noch hörbar. Der besseren Hälfte hat das nichts ausgemacht.

Very large apartment, good kitchen facilities (except I would have liked a microwave). Large bathroom with bath and jacuzzi was very nice. Excellent quiet location near to public transportation.

Cons:

Apartment on second floor with no elevator. We had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flihhts of stairs.

Huge house in a quiet area
Pros:

The apartment is massive with four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one a half bath). There is plenty of space to spread out and relax and the rooftop sitting area is wonderful though the weather didn't permit us to use it. The house is well-equipped and there is a hotel on the ground floor that can answer questions and attend to needs. It's a ways from the city center, but the #1 bus stops right out front of the building so in 6-8 minutes you are downtown. Nearby there is a grocery store and some restaurants. We had no issue buying our own food and preparing it in the kitchen. All in all we were very happy with this place and would definitely return.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Erreichbarkeit der Altstadt mit den Öffentlichen, sehr sauber und schönes Ambiente.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, sodass wir wegen des Straßenlärms die Fenster nachts schließen mussten.

Für Städtetrips okay, man darf allerdings keine „Ruhe“ erwarten.
Pros:

Einfacher check in, schnelle Reaktion wenn man was braucht.

Cons:

Wir sind nach der 1. Nacht abgereist, weil uns die Lage überhaupt nicht zugesagt hat. Der Lärm der Straße ist enorm, wir konnten nicht schlafen.

gutes Hotel für einen Salzburgtrip
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Perfekt war dass das Tagesticket für die Öffis inklusive war (Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür). Ebenerdige Fahrradgarage vorhanden.
Liebevoll gepflegtes Gärtchen neben dem Haus mit kleiner Terasse zum frühstücken.

Cons:

Frühstück ist relativ teuer.
Deshalb haben wir außehalb gefrühstückt.

Struttura deludente: mobili molto usurati, cucina poco attrezzata e prezzo decisamente eccessivo
Pros:

Ragazza molto disponibile al check-in, che è stato semplice e veloce. La card per i trasporti pubblici è inclusa nel soggiorno. Camera pulita, bagno spazioso e lenzuola pulite.

Cons:

Cosa non mi è piaciuto: i mobili erano molto graffiati e usurati, un aspetto che dalle foto non emergeva affatto. I letti erano molto separati e davano la sensazione di dormire su due letti singoli anziché su un vero letto matrimoniale.
Nella cucina Mancavano completamente sale, pepe e altri ingredienti di base che normalmente rendono più comodo cucinare durante il soggiorno.
Il prezzo di 271 euro per due notti mi è sembrato decisamente eccessivo rispetto a quanto offerto, Inoltre sono stati richiesti altri 20 euro per il parcheggio senza richiedere la targa... quindi bho probabilemente se non li avremmo pagati non se ne sarebbero accorti.
Nel complesso sono rimasto piuttosto deluso dalla struttura. Pur apprezzando l'attenzione agli aspetti ecologici, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia scarso. Personalmente non ci tornerei e non mi sento di consigliarla.

I tappa finestre non coprivano bene la luce, alle 5.30 si era svegli per via del sole... :(
