Pros:

Óptima localizaçao, com super mercado e padaria a poucos metros, assim como transportes públicos que te levam ao centro em minutos. Como tinhamos uma criança foi óptimo encontrar um parque nas vizinhanças.

Cons:

A limpeza muito abaixo do esperado. Televisão nao funcionante para canais internacionais (satélite) e quando exposto o problema, ineficiência na resoluçao. Como solução independente, cozinha mal fornecida.

Pros:

El apartamento que nos dieron tiene las ventanas a la calle por donde deben de pasar todos los coches de Salzburgo, hay muchísimo ruido, la cocina no tiene campana extractora, el menaje de cocina justo para cuatro personas, las ventanas no tienen todas persianas por lo que entre en ruido de los coches y la luz por la mañana no hace falta despertador, la cocina estaba un poco sucia, las camas no están mal y las sabanas limpias, toallas suficientes y limpias. Lo mejor que tiene es que la parada del autobús está en la puerta, esto es literal, y se tarda menos de 10' en llegar al centro. Lavado y planchado 40€. El aparcamiento está justo en el edificio y está bien. Hay varias tiendas en la misma calle y un Spar relativamente cerca.

Cons:

Muchísimo ruido y que la cocina no tiene campana extractora por lo que si cocinas algo tienes que abrir las ventanas. Preguntamos por el precio para poner una lavadora y cuesta 40€ lavado y planchado. Menaje de cocina justo.

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf den Untersberg, wir waren wirklich beeindruckt.

Cons:

Senseo Kaffeemaschine war unbrauchbar. Doch die Mitarbeiter und der Besitzer haben sich bemüht, uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und haben uns sogar eine Nespresso Maschine zur Verfügung gestellt. Wirklich toll und sehr aufmerksam.

It was not too far from the city centre. About 10-15min on the tram.
The apartment was very spacious, and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The apartment itself was very dated. It felt like someone used to live there, and nothing had been updated since. Stickers were on doors and toilet holders. The couch was very dirty. We had to put blankets and spate towels on it so we could use it. Curtains were also dirty. Taps were loose.
I did get an email from the management offering a discount on the next stay with them. It was a holiday and we are from Australia. The chance of us going back to the same place again is zero, and they would have known that.
I did reply to the offer but have not heard from them again.

"The apartment was excellent and equipped. It’s in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from a grocery store. Check-in was quick and easy, and there is a private parking spot right next to the building (for an extra fee).

The best part is the bus stop right outside—it’s extremely convenient! Line 1 takes you directly to the historic center in about 12 minutes, and also goes to the shopping mall. I highly recommend this place for its comfort and convenience!"

Pros:

Apartment room was a good size, clean and had a nice balcony and lots of windows. Kitchenette was adequate for our stay. Grocery store nearby. Convenient location on direct bus line to the old town, which saves alot of time. Clothes wash machine in room was very helpful for our long European family vacation.

Cons:

This particular larger apartment was seperate to the main hotel, but only 1 property over. Not a big deal, but worth noting if you expect traditional hotel style service in the same building you sleep.
Recommend providing coffee pods or coffee beans in the room considering.
