Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück.Grosse und saubere Zimmer,günstige Lage ,weil Strassenbahn gleich vor der Tür ,aber auch fussläufig in die Innenstadt. Preis -Leistung top.

Ok for a single person for a couple nights stay if wishing to be near town centre
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is located about a 10-minute walk or 1-stop tram ride from the main train station. It is also located about less than 20-minute walk to the old town centre. Public transport though is good and convenient.

Cons:

The room was small with only a single bed. The bathroom was crammed to the extent that it was uncomfortable going to the toilet. There were not tea/coffee making facilities. For the price I paid I expected more. The experience did not reflect a 4-star hotel. And the reception does not operate 24 hours.

Pros:

The location is perfect, right in between all the big attractions. Beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and the price to quality ratio is great! I had some time between checkout and my departure, and it wasn't a problem to store my luggage for a couple of hours after the checkout. No extra charge, simply great service.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Niet voldaan aan afspraken die voorafgaande aan de boeking zijn gedaan. Wij hadden de studio geboekt met 5 bedden, omdat wij met 5 personen waren. Een extra bed zou worden geplaatst. Toen wij aankwamen in de kamer waren er slechts 3 bedden opgemaakt. Er was geen extra bed geplaatst en de slaapbank was niet opgemaakt. Deze hebben wij zelf open moeten maken met veel moeite, er zat veel stof onderin en een vlek op het laken. In de kast lagen twee kussens zonder hoes en 1 deken zonder dekbedovertrek. Ze roken niet fris. Niemand was bereikbaar om de problemen op te lossen. Ondanks meerdere pogingen om contact te leggen via de berichtenbox van Booking en telefonisch. Wij hebben uit de auto dekbedden gepakt die wij hadden meegenomen voor onze vakantiebestemming en daarmee geslapen anders hadden wij niks. In een deel van de kamer werkte de airco goed, in het andere deel helemaal niet. De volgende ochtend bij de receptie aangegeven wat er was gebeurd, zij gaven aan het ‘erg’ te vinden maar hebben ons niet redelijkerwijs gecompenseerd. Elk andere persoon die geen extra dekbedden bij zich had, had niet kunnen slapen in de kamer. Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Kényelmes, tágas, funkcionális, csendes szálloda. Vonattal érkezőknek ideális.
Pros:

Tökéletesen csendes szobát kaptunk, amiért ezúton is nagyon hálásak vagyunk a hotelnek. A légkondicionáló állítható a vendégek által (nem központilag állítják be, mint sok másik szállodában). Tényleg hamar be lehet sétálni a központba, egyébként meg csodálatos a városban a villamosközlekedés.

Pros:

Hotelli oli hauska sekoitus vanhaa uutta. Esim.moderni kylpyhuone, mutta kaytävillä liinavaatteita säilytettiin antiikkisissa kaapeissa ja puuarkuissa. Aamiaiset olivat erinomaiset ja henkilöstö aina ystävällinen ja palvelualtis.
