Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Spabereich und die Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Hunde waren willkommen.

Cons:

Sehr knapp bemessene Tiefgarage, kein garantierter Parkplatz. Offensichtliches Parken in der Nähe nur schwer möglich.
Die Bezeichnung SPA Hotel ist etwas übertrieben, es gibt nur 1 kleine finnische Sauna, und 2 Dampf- Aromasaunen. Positiv sind die zahlreichen Liegeplätze und Ruheräume.

Traumhaft. Angegangen vom Frühstücksbuffet bis zum Spa-Bereich. Alles 1A. Personal sehr freundlich. Für uns das beste Hotel in Bad Aussee. Gerne wieder.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die ausgezeichnete Lage – alles ist gut erreichbar und in der Nähe befindet sich alles, was man braucht. Auch der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch und unkompliziert.

Ein großes Lob gilt dem Personal: alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Ein großes Problem für unsere Familie war, dass das Hotel Haustiere erlaubt. Mein Mann leidet unter einer starken Allergie, und selbst wenn zum Beispiel ein Hund vor einer Woche im Zimmer war – egal wie gründlich gereinigt wurde – bleiben dennoch Allergene zurück.

Besonders überrascht hat uns, dass ein Hund zusammen mit seinem Besitzer den Spa-Bereich betreten hat und sogar im Ruheraum lag. Das empfinden wir als nicht ganz angemessen.
