Great location, but improvements needed in cleanliness and maintenance.
Pros:

Exceptional location directly on the lake with stunning mountain views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the spa was very enjoyable. Having two restaurants on-site was also a great advantage as there’s not a lot of choice nearby. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a truly magical setting.

Cons:

While the hotel has many strengths, there are several areas that fall short of what I would expect from a four-star property. Cleanliness was the main disappointment. Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned to the standard one would expect, with visible dust and floors that did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. The shower seals and joints were also noticeably dirty, which immediately gave the bathroom an unclean impression and not proper deep cleaning. I felt uncomfortable taking my showers. In addition, housekeeping was inconsistent during our stay. On one morning, despite leaving the room only slightly later than usual, we had to ask reception 3 times before the room was eventually cleaned (and not very well), which should not be necessary in a hotel of this category.

The rooms would also benefit from some refurbishment and modernization. The pillows and duvet felt old and worn and are in need of replacement. The hairdryer was very outdated and no longer meets the standard expected in a four-star hotel. Another detail that stood out was when we requested an iron and ironing board: the ironing board cover looked extremely old and stained, which again did not reflect the standard expected from a four-star hotel. These details may seem minor individually, but together they detract from the overall experience.

We were also disappointed by our dinner at the Beletage restaurant. The prices were very high, but unfortunately the quality of the food did not justify the cost.

Given the hotel’s fantastic location, friendly staff, and excellent facilities, addressing these maintenance and housekeeping issues would make a significant difference to the guest experience.

Pros:

Es war wirklich alles Spitze! Der Ausblick vom Pool einfach sagenhaft! Das Personal super freundlich und das Essen toll und kreativ. Die Lage könnte auch nicht besser sein und das ganze Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und künstlerisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut!

Cons:

Immer laute Kinder im Pool die reinspringen und schreien… konnten den Spa leider so nicht richtig nutzen da wir extra ohne kinder kamen.
Mussten leider sehr lange aufs Essen warten.
