Overall, we had so much fun! I would highly recommend
Pros:

Me and my friend came to Eventhotel Pyramide for Keinemusik festival. Their facilities for gym and spa were amazing. We enjoyed our staying to the fullest.

Cons:

Make sure that you are on time for the breakfast.

Nagyon szép a komplexum. Kedves a személyzet. Volt magyar fiatalember is, aki nagyon segítőkész volt. Bőséges volt a reggeli.

Cons:

Szombaton este buli volt a hotel rendezvény helyén. A szobában nem lehetett aludi, amíg a buli tartott. A naturista szaunáról a foglalásnál nem láttam semmilyen tájékoztatást. Ha tudtam volna nem ide foglalok szállást. Nagyon kellemetlen volt, hogy tudtam nyugodtan szaunázni, mert nem láttam idősávot, amikor hagyomáyos módon lehetett volna használni.

One of the staff treated us very disrespectfully when we were checking out ,it ruined the experience
Cons:

The Pool and spa was the reason I chose this place but unfortunately it wasn’t as expected , there was no drinks or snacks served near the area of the pool. The facility did not provide towels and robes near the pool there was only one jacuzzi. There was no coffee machines inside the room the breakfast was very low quality and underwhelming no fresh juices not enough options not 4 star hotel level. Only one restaurant was open with limited and expensive for the quality choices.

Dafür das Managment umso schlechter. Wir haben von Anfang an eingegeben dass wir als Brautpaar den Tag vor der Hochzeit dort verbringen möchten. Es ist ein unglaublich schönes Hotel und eine total zauberhafte Location. Wir hatten auch Monate vorher angefragt ob wir dort Fotos machen können und uns wurde zugesagt solange es keine anderen Gäste stört. Am Tag der Hochzeit haben wir am Vormittag das Fotoshooting begonnen und sobald wir in der Lobby waren kam vom Management totaler Gegenwind: wir sollten kein Shooting dort machen da wir die Gäste stören würden. Sind wir denn keine Gäste die genauso für den Aufenthalt BEZAHLT haben? Es waren weit und breit keine Gäste weder in der Lobby noch im Garten. Total peinlich den Fotographen haben wir auch extra aus der NRW einfliegen lassen. Ohne entschuldigung würde ich nie wieder ein Zimmer dort buchen. Wie kann man so unhöflich gegenüber eines Brautpaares sein? Management braucht eine Empathie Schulung.
