Hotel se od 80.let 20.st. zřejmě nemodernizoval.
Sehr schönes Stadthotel, in der Nähe von U-Bahn und Straßenbahn. Wurde sehr nett empfangen, hatte ein Einzelzimmer, sehr sauber und geräumig!
Gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

前台服务人员不专业，上来先扣我们1000多欧的消费经过协商减掉800多欧，另外无端扣押我们到押金，态度十分恶劣

Die sehr sehr enge Einfahrt zum parken sollte jemand Platzangst haben besser nicht den Parkplatz im Hof nehmen :)
Vorschlag ans Team was ich auch schon vor Ort erwähnt habe.
Wenn schon sowenig Platz in Innenhof ist für 4 Autos warum stelle ich dann noch Paletten dort ab wo die Autos evtl. ein wenig Platz hätten zum wenden. Und etwas Öl am Fahrstuhl wäre super damit das Quietschen nachlässt. Sonst alles super danke nochmal.

Consiglio: installare dispenser di sapone/shampoo ricaricabile in bagno invece della mini boccetta di plastica/saponetta. Magari sostituire phon in camera perché sembrava surriscaldarsi in fretta.

Nothing, the rooms are small and dirty.
Rooms are small and dirty. I reserved a room with 2 beds and there was 1 pillow and 1 blanked. I had to ask for additional for my girlfriend when she arrived.
There was only one small bottle of shampoo they didn't replace it.
They are extreme RUDE and on the check out the OWNER spoke with dishonor to my girlfriend, and he said "go in your room and bring the plate from the breakfast" he repeated 3 times and he became every time worst.
There is had to stop him and I warned him to be careful hiw he is speaking with a lady and he attacked me also , dont speak we found ashes on the window. But I am not smoking and I asked him to show me pictures of what he was accusing me and he show me a phot from a window for seconds.
I am strongly suggesting to stay away from this hotel.
They behavior is rude, the rooms are dirty and small and there are not services at all.
Příjemný hotel v dobré lokalitě. Snídaně výborná, dobrá dostupnost MHD. Velice milý personál.
