Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Ankunft müsste trotz vorab Zahlung eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt werden. Und on top nochmal 200 Euro in bar. Unglaublich
In dem ganzen Hotel wurde seit bestimmt 30 Jahren nichts mehr gemacht

Für den Preis gibt es bessere Unterkünfte in der Stadt

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Schöne Zimmer, in 5 Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn. Unsere Fahrräder dürften wir in den Innenhof stellen. Wir können dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido horrible. Desde el primer momento el hall presentaba un olor a humedad insoportable, igual que la habitación, además de estar completamente cubierta de moqueta, algo que no aparecía claramente reflejado ni en las fotografías ni en la descripción de Booking, donde la mayoría de fotos eran de suelo de madera.

Ambos huéspedes padecemos alergia a los ácaros y, desde la primera noche, comenzamos a sufrir síntomas importantes: congestión severa, dificultades respiratorias y falta total de descanso. Informamos varias veces al personal del hotel (en más de tres ocasiones) y solicitamos un cambio de habitación debido al problema de salud que esto nos estaba generando. A pesar de ello, nuestras peticiones fueron rechazadas en repetidas ocasiones alegando que no había habitaciones disponibles, mientras seguían apareciendo habitaciones libres en Booking durante nuestra estancia. El trato por parte del personal cada vez era peor.

La falta de empatía y de soluciones por parte de la dirección fue especialmente decepcionante. En ningún momento se nos ofreció una alternativa adecuada pese a tratarse de una situación relacionada directamente con nuestra salud.

Por no hablar del desayuno... pobre, de baja calidad, no había ni tostadora (imaginad el nivel...)

A esto se suma un problema con el pago. El primer día nos solicitaron todos los datos de la tarjeta bancaria y realizaron una retención de 531€. Sin embargo, el día de salida nos obligaron a volver a pagar la estancia, dejando actualmente 531€ retenidos en nuestra tarjeta hasta el 30 de mayo. Consideramos esta gestión totalmente inaceptable y muy poco transparente.

No recomendaríamos este hotel bajo ningún concepto. Por supuesto, hemos presentado una carta de reclamación.

Great hotel for solo travelers
Pros:

The location is great with only a few minutes walk to the main subway U3. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

Nothing. I would stay again.

Pros:

Wir können uns nur für diesen Aufenthalt im Hotel bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Sauberkeit konnte nicht übertroffen werden. Weiter so. Hotel liegt nahe der U-Bahnstation und deshalb sehr zu empfehlen. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein uriges Restaurant mit einer sehr guten Küche.

For one or two nights for a stadium visit then fine but out of the way for visiting much of Vienna.
Pros:

6 minute walk to venue. Room was not as expected and very bare and basic, no fridge or drink making facilities and no hot drinks allowed in the room. The carpet was disgusting but the bathroom was nice. For a 3 star hotel it was clean and comfy.

Cons:

felt like sleeping in a boarding school dorm. Carpet was very stained. Free tea beverage from 3pm to 10pm when everyone is out of the hotel and can only be consumed in the lobby. All other drinks have to be purchased.

Ich war schon 7 mal in Lucia. Wenn die Preise nicht nochmal verrückt spielen, werde ich wieder tun.
Pros:

Mein Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und einigermaßen gut ausgestattet. Anbindung zur U. bzw. Straßenbahn. Mein Frühstück war sehr gut.
