Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage
Im Zimmer war es sehr leise, was schön war.

Cons:

Vollkornprodukte beim Frühstück wären toll (Vollkornmüsli) und eine Beschriftung bei den Joghurts/Quarks was es denn genau ist.
Verdunkelungsvorhänge im Zimmer wären cool.

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Lucia Vienna and this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

First, the room had no kettle, no fridge, and no iron — basic amenities you expect even in budget accommodation. The location is also very far from Vienna city centre, making travel inconvenient and time-consuming.

But the biggest issues were the service and false promises. At check-in, we were clearly told breakfast was included. When I asked specifically if vegan options were available, I was assured 100% that there would be. However, when we went for breakfast, the staff member was grumpy and unhelpful. When I asked for vegan food, he bluntly said they had nothing. There was no plant-based milk, so we had to bring our own just to have coffee. All we could eat was bread and jam.

At checkout, we were suddenly told breakfast was not included and we were charged €64 for two days. When I questioned this, the male receptionist started shouting loudly, spoke over me repeatedly, and refused to let me explain. I asked him to check our booking where it was noted, but he refused and demanded payment immediately. After we paid, he rudely told us to “get out”.

This hotel is dishonest, lacks basic facilities, and treats guests with zero respect. We strongly advise everyone to stay away — there are far better, more honest options in Vienna.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in netter Umgebung.
Pros:

Tolles geräumiges Zimmer mit schönem großen Bad. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nur eine Strasse runter ist die U-Bahn Station U3 -Johnstrasse . In der Seitenstrasse ist ein tolles echtes Wiener Beisl mit ausgezeichneter Küche.

Ruiniert durch unüberhörbar laute Gaeste
Pros:

Schoenes Zimmer mit sehr grossem Badezimmer in theoretisch ruhigen Innenhof. Es war sehr leise bis die anderen Gaeste eintrafen...

Cons:

Leider die Gaeste sehr laut und die Schalldaempfung inadaequat. Zusaetzlich, beim warmen Wetter haette ich gerne Fenster auf gelassen...dieses aber unmöglich wenn ich nicht jedes Wort der Damen mithören wollte die leider bis 01:00 nur belanglosen Mist gequatscht haben, aber in einer unüberhörbaren Lautstaerke.

Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im dritten Stock! kein Parkplatz, wie bestellt vorhanden. Der Service beim Frühstück. hier durfte ich meine Jacke nicht in den Frühstückraum an meinen Stuhl hängen. Außerdem waren die Bananen nicht wirklich gut!

Prima verblijf voor paar dagen Wenen.
Pros:

Kleinschalige accommodatie maar compleet. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Schone kamers met goede klimaat controle. Tramhalte richting Centrum op 200 meter lopen.

Cons:

Locatie was bewust gekozen buiten het centrum. Er zijn betere locaties maar daar zal de prijs dan ook naar zijn.

Sempre una garanzia.
Pros:

Torno sempre molto volentieri in questo albergo. La struttura è pulita, vicino alla stazione della metro,del tram,supermercati e attività commerciali. Sempre presente personale in reception per risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema. Colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce, con presenza di vari cibi.
