Brilliant location, beautiful building, and wonderful housekeeping staff

Urban Rooms Rathaus Vienna is in a brilliant location and set inside a truly beautiful building. Our room was super clean and incredibly quiet, providing a perfect peaceful retreat. The housekeeping team was absolutely wonderful, they cleaned our room perfectly every single day and were so helpful. They went completely out of their way to assist us and make us feel welcome. A flawless stay that we highly recommend!

Highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent stay! Great location, very clean rooms, and good value for money. Housekeeping was excellent – towels and bed sheets were changed daily, and everything was kept spotless.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and the access code is sent one day before arrival, making the process very easy. There is a shared refrigerator and an iron available in the lobby, which were very convenient. The room also included a coffee machine with coffee and tea provided.

Keep in mind that check-out is at 11:00 AM, but luggage lockers are available, which is very helpful if you have a later departure. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Urban Rooms.
