Yardımsever Personel ve İyi Bir Konum
Pros:

Otelin konumu iyi. 2 numaralı tramvayla hem Rathaus hem de Lederergasse durağından yürüyerek birkaç dakikada otele ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Rathaus metro durağı da otele yakın. Viyana güvenli bir şehir. Gece geç saarlere kadar dolaşıp otele yürüyerek de dönebilirsiniz. Rathaus, Hofburg Sarayı, müzeler yürüyerek on dakika mesafede.

Otel temiz, sakin ve güvenli. Viyana'ya, Check-in saatinden önce geldiğim için çantamı otelde bırakıp rahatça şehri gezebildim. Dönüş uçağım geç saatteydi ve otelde ayrıldıktan sonra da akşama kadar çantamı otelde bırakmama izin verdiler. Personel kibar ve yardımseverdi.

Kahvaltı da iyiydi. Beklentimin üzerindeydi.

Cons:

Tek olumsuz yanı odada terlik olmamasıydı ama bu da çok önemli bir sorun değil. Benim yanımda terlik olduğu için otelden istemedim. Standart olarak odalarda terlik bulunması gerekir.

Excelente ubicación, desayuno de 10/10 y supermercados a una cuadra.
Pros:

Me encantó su ubicación y que tuviera la opción para hospedar a 3 personas sin tener que compartir cama. El baño muy amplio y limpio. La habitación en que nos hospedamos muy silenciosa y amplia y eso se agradece mucho. Un desayuno espectacular, muchas gracias por tener esa variedad y calidad en sus alimentos, hasta pudimos desayunar con mimosas. Delicioso el café. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

La regadera, está completamente liso la base, lo que hace que esté resbaladizo y peligroso. El personal masculino que nos recibió no fue muy amable. No te permiten hacer el check in antes de la 1 pm y tienes que dejar tú equipaje abajo de una mesa en la sala de estar del lobby.
