Había Smart tv

Cons:

Llegamos y tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos a que llegara la personal de recepción. Nos recibió las valijas y nos pidió que volvamos para la hora del check in. No pudimos pasar al baño.
Llegamos a las 14hs y la habitación estaba sucia. La cama deshecha y toallas sucias del anterior huésped.
Nunca hay nadie en recepción. Solo hay que comunicarse por WhatsApp.

La ubicación es buena. Está a 4 cuadras de Roma termini.

Pero no es recomendable el hotel.

Buena ubicación. Pero hotel en mal estado.
Pros:

El desayuno típico italiano café que te preparan al momento, yogurt, fruta y panes rellenos. La señora de los primeros días, muy amable, nos orientó mediante un mapa que podíamos hacer en cada día de nuestra estadía. Ella es lo mejor del hotel.

Cons:

Habitación muy antigua. Con paredes con humedades. Baño pequeño, sin presión de agua en la ducha, poca luz. Nunca había una persona en la recepción del hotel cosa que realmente es un poco molesto para las personas que van a llegar y hacer el proceso de check in - Check out.

La habitación estaba aseada ordenada, agradable, el personal encargado del servicio de aseo y de habitaciones son muy amables y serviciales

Cons:

Pésimo el servicio de guarda equipaje, perdímos el transporte desde Termini al aeropuerto por que el personal no estaba para hacer la entrega; siendo casi las 4 pm, el lugar estaba cerrado sin nadie a cargo, me puse en contacto con ellos vía telefónica y les importo muy poco.
