Most beautiful stay at this hotel
Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel.
Location is perfect,excellent rooms,beautifully renovated.
I got upgraded with a nice view.
But most of all,the hotel staff was superb!
Especially Eloy.From my checking in to leaving the hotel,he was there to welcome me,and prepared a take a way breakfast,because I had to leave before breakfast time.Even made sure for me to get cup of double espresso that morning,and called taxi for me and carried my luggage to the taxi.I’ve been traveling throughout Europe for the past couple of months,and this was the kindest behavior I came across.
Would highly recommend this hotel,and if are fortunate enough to be welcomed by him,your stay would be even more amazing.

Personel çok sıcakkanlı ve çok yardımcıydı, konum mükemmeldi. Alzacar ve plaza de espana çok yakındı ve ortam güvenliydi.

Cons:

Yatak böceklerine karşı alerjim var, gitmeden önce de personele bildirmiştim ama ne yazık ki yatağımın üzerinde böcek gördüm ve alerjimin sebebini anladım. Check out günümün gecesinde yaşandığı için ayrıca bildirmedim ama hassasiyetiniz varsa dikkatli olmanızda fayda var.

Great City,fabulous hotel, pay that little extra and enjoy.

The location is perfect in the city centre. Breakfast was fantastic. Every member of staff were friendly,helpful, and smartly dressed. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and will return.

Pros:

Hôtel exceptionnel. Situation parfaite, à la fois centrale et calme, beaucoup d’attention aux détails dans la jolie chambre, très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits faits maison, et service hors pair : l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel est d’une serviabilité de tous les instants. Une très bonne surprise.
