Fantastic location right in the centre. Rooms are excellent and the staff very helpful. Clean and extremely comfortable, and the beds are really comfortable.

Pokój na ostatnim piętrze, z małym okienkiem poddaszowym bez możliwości otwierania. Klimatyzację trudno ustawić na oczekiwaną temperaturę, cały czas się zmieniała. Dość głośno od ulicy.

Very enjoyable stay in an excellent, superbly located hotel.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in an unbeatable location for visiting all the ‘must see’ sights in Seville. Staff, without exception, were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We had booked a small ‘city view’ room which had a balcony that overlooked the vibrant square below. The room was small though well appointed but the en-suite and walk-in shower were very spacious. Lots of nice touches in this hotel, including free supplies of water and soft drinks in the mini bar everyday. Good, varied non-buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really though I would have liked a softer pillow.

Shame about the room
Pros:

Location, location, location
The hotel is in Prime location. The reception staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble

Cons:

We were slightly disappointed with the room. While it was tastefully decorated, it lacked natural light—there was only one small window and no balcony, which made the space feel quite dark and a little dingy. There was also very limited storage, with no bedside cabinets or drawers, which made it difficult to properly unpack. In addition, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear the neighbours very clearly at times, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.

Unfortunately, just outside our room there was a small water feature with two chairs where guests would often sit and smoke. On one night in particular, people were gathered there talking until the early hours, which kept us awake and further impacted our experience.
