Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and a comfortable bed. I asked for a quiet room as we're both light sleepers and we were given an inner yard room - many thanks for that
The shower curtain is a pain - no matter how cautious you are, water still goes on the floor. Our lives would be so much easier if there was a standard shower door. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, but in London you can't expect miracles at this price ))

A warning notice should be put on this hotel , stating no lifts ,
I am 80 years old and had to carry my own case up 3 flights of stairs to my room,

There was no air conditioning but my window could be open so it wasn’t too bad. In the real heat it would have been an issue I think.

Room was very small and bed just short enough to fit. Quite pricey for the small room.
Quiet, nice few and great location near Victoria stations but away from the congestion.
lack of elevator, too small as a double especially, tv did not work consistently and the advice was to just pull on the connection!
The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The receptionist even helped us carry our luggage halfway up the stairs, which was a very kind gesture. If I could give the staff 10 stars, I definitely would!
The only downside was that there wasn’t an elevator, so carrying luggage to the upper floors could be difficult. There was also no air conditioning in the room. Unfortunately, we visited during the unexpected heatwave (canicule), so it was unusually hot. Coming from the United States, where air conditioning and elevators are standard in most hotels, this was an adjustment. Other than that, everything was great.

Location not too far from Victoria Station. Clean room. Bed comfortable.
I arrived late at night and from 11pm, I could hear the next room's conversations and laughter. I tried to bang the wall between the rooms but they carried on being boisterous. It's not entirely the hotel's fault as there was a clearly noticeable sign about the quiet hours.
