It was very clean, the location was great and it had tea making facilities. The price was about ok for central London.
There was no lift, the room was so small the bed had to be pushed up to the wall on one side. The bathroom was so small they were unable to fit a standard size wash basin into it so we had to make do with a small corner cloakroom style hand basin. BTW we were in room 34.

The location is excellent, close to Victoria Station but in a quiet area next to a garden. The hotel was super clean and staff was very friendly (they let us check in early and also leave our bags after check out on the last day). Also, we got the room for 4 people for a very good price and the room itself was quite nice, better than we expected!
The bathroom is very small and the shower could use a renovation. No a/c during a London heatwave made it a bit difficult, but we managed to sleep using the fan provided in the room and leaving the window open...

The noise traveled very strongly between the rooms which made it difficult to sleep, and the bathroom was incredibly small and in need of updating.
地理位置优越，离维多利亚站很近，周边设施齐全，在维多利亚剧院看剧散场走两步就回酒店了。如其他评论所说，房间很小，一个女生在住单人间都觉得小（我带一个31寸的箱子，摊开就每处落脚啦） 卫生间也很小，坐到马桶上胸口就是洗手盆感受一下。哈哈，但是这个价格这个地理位置，还要什么自行车，要性价比就得牺牲一些其他的附加值，整体来说我觉得还不错，服务分够给到10。房间隔音也一般但我睡眠质量好也无所谓了，另外就是确实没有冷气，怕热的夏天谨慎考虑，其他都很ok，性价比很高的选择。

Super endroit je vous le recommande et localisation parfaite ! A 20 mn à pied de Buckingham palace, station Victoria à 10 mn à pied, le bus de l’aéroport stanted qui dépose à l’arrêt Victoria coach à 2 mn de l’hôtel !

A one of a kind hotel in a great location for Victoria and Pimlico. The room was small but immaculately clean, well-provisioned, and with a very comfy bed, and the price was very reasonable. We were on the third floor and there were a lot of stairs with, on every landing, little homilies on the virtues of stair-climbing for health and fitness - wonderful! The staff were charming and helpful.
Small rooms & bathrooms, but everything is very much OK for that price ... at least the upstairs rooms are rather quiet (although because of the heat wave I had to run the provided electric fan all night). Location is perfect, close to Victoria, bars, restaurants and super markets.
Staff was very friendly and supportive!
