El personal te hace sentir bienvenido y su ubicación cerca de varios puntos de interes.
Pros:

El personal es sumamente amable, siempre atentos a hacernos sentir bienvenidos y cómodos. Tiene una muy buena ubicación: a pocos minutos estás en la catedral, a un par de cuadras de la plaza Mayor y enfrente del hotel tiene varias opciones para comer y/o cenar (a diferencia de varias ciudades españolas aquí cierran temprano a las 23:00 hrs en promedio), cuentan con un estacionamiento a 3 minutos caminando (que si no traes muchas maletas te recomiendo que vayas a dejar el coche en el estacionamiento y camines con tus maletas al hotel).
Aunque los cuartos tiene caja de seguridad no necesariamente todas pueden usarse, ya que se abren con llaves y según nos comentó el gerente, las llaves se han perdido así que es posible que no tengan suerte para poder usarla.

Cons:

Tiene una decoración muy 70's ya se ve un poco vieja (obvio no es un motivo por el cuál no hopedarte, solo es una observación), todavía se usan llaves (tanto para el cuarto como para la caja fuerte) así que debes traer varios llaveros y sob voluminosos, la t.v. tiene una luz súper fuerte al frente, tuvimos que ponerle un cojín para tratar de eliminarla, las almohadas son super suave tanto que parece que no usas alguna.
