Hôtel parfait pour visiter Venise.
Pros:

L’hôtel est parfaitement situé , à mi chemin 5 mn de la place st Marc et 6mn du pont du Rialto.
Situé dans une petite ruelle , donc très calme.
Rue commerçante et restaurants et petite supérette à 3 mn.
La gentillesse du monsieur à l’accueil et qui parle bien français.
Décoration adéquate avec Venise.
Très propre.

Pros:

Book the room with balcony! It's every thing you want it to be, watching the Gondolas go by is a treat. The rooms is really large. Yes it's wall papered red and gold and it's totally cool. Well located with not too long a walk, which is flat, from Rialto Vaporetto or Alilgheri station. Easy walk to St Marks.

Cons:

There is no lift so make sure you can carry your bags but stairs.

Struttura in posizione ottimale, a metà strada fra Rialto e San Marco, e comodamente raggiungibile con il vaporetto dalla stazione (fermata Rialto e poi 5 minuti a piedi). Personale supercordiale e disponibile. Servizio deposito bagagli al check-out. Un vero cappuccino al mattino a colazione, ormai una rarità.

Cons:

Non particolarmente insonorizzate le camere, nulla di mortale, ma con vicini rumorosi non passa del tutto inosservato.

Central location but quiet location, near to all of the main sights. Clean and staff very friendly and helpful, good storage for bags after check out.

Pros:

Superbe emplacement, personnel aimable et efficace. La chambre est petite mais suffit largement, à Venise on n'y passe pas beaucoup de temps de toute façon.

Cons:

Douche très petite, mais c'est assez normal à Venise, donc ce n'est pas vraiment un souci, juste une chose à prendre en compte pour un visiteur à mobilité réduite ou imposant.

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Loved the feel/ decor of this hotel, felt like we'd gone back in time. It's on a quiet street so not noisy at night but very convenient location. Easy check-in/ check-out. Comfy bed. Air con. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this compact clean and well run hotel. An excellent location.
Pros:

A small compact hotel in a great location but a challenge to find initially. Courteous friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Clean and efficient establishment.

Cons:

Provide better instructions on how to reach the property. GPS/Google Maps generally useless particularly in the very narrow interact street structure of Venice.

Odalar çok eski, ışıklandırmalar ve elektrik fişleri yetersiz. 2 adet küçük su vardı fakat ücretli idi, bu durum benim için kötü bir izlenim idi. Fotoğraflarda bulunan odalar ile çok alakalı değildi

Für Städtetrip geeignete Unterkunft, wenn man keine grossen Ansprüche hat.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Giuliano ist sehr nett, und erklärt einem Alles, wenn man Fragen hat, das Personal am Morgen auch. Ansonsten sieht man eigentlich niemand in diesem Haus.
Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und hat für Alle etwas. Kaffee wird frisch gemacht.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Dusche neu. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ausreichend, man ist ja sowieso nur zum Schlafen dort.

Cons:

Die Residenz ist sehr versteckt, und wir mussten das Zimmer immer wieder von neuem suchen :-) Ohne Internet ist man verloren. Unsere Schuld, das nächste Mal zusätzliche Daten laden.
