Hotel was far below expectation. No refund offered. Not even partial. We paid 4 nights and stayed 0.
Cons:

Online photos are too good (!) ...in person the hotel was very disappointing. To call this a 'boutique' hotel is inaccurate - the check in desk was messy, the rooms plain, and the common areas sparse. No character, just old and run-down. Also, be aware it is very close to the high speed train line and neither side of the hotel is quiet.

Struttura mediocre e conduzione familiare sufficiente ma non più di tanto, pulizia e personale non male la posizione non è delle più belle

La vicinanza alla strada principale e il passaggio del treno adiacente alla struttura,la spiaggia non lontana ma potrebbe essere più curato il tragitto per arrivarci
