We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The room was immaculate and incredibly spacious, featuring a lovely small balcony, and the AC was both quiet and efficient. The location was excellent and within walking distance to the train and the centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast was excellent too.

The staff in the reception, the room,the parking it is not far away from the old city(walking)
There was 2 buses with tourists turned on the motor so it was noisy.
The breakfast was good but many things weren't refilled after the group left
This was just what we wanted for my husband’s birthday. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The staff were particularly helpful, friendly and kind, especially Tamara who we would like to give a special mention to. She’s a real asset to your hotel and we were grateful for her help.
The restaurant downstairs - we had dinner there and the whole experience was dreadful. The lighting was bright fluorescent lights, not good for an intimate evening meal. The staff were dismissive. The food was not good at all. My husband had ordered mixed grilled vegetables and received a plate of only courgettes which were black they were so burnt. He sent them back and asked for a salad instead. He received a plate of what looked like a bag from a supermarket. His swordfish was dry. My pasta was average. The only good thing was the wine!

Viel zu laute Zimmer. Hellhörig, die Türen knallen von alleine zu. Selbst beim öffnen ist es sehr laut da elektrisch durch Karte. Boden aus Fliesen, man hört jeden Koffer.
