Terribile, sembrava un brutto scherzo che però ho pagato.
Pros:

la posizione anche se su una via piena di ristoranti e molto rumorosa

Cons:

Pulizia locali e proprietari che non ti aspetti in un Albergo. Colazione con cibi surgelati e riscaldati serviti in un soppalco senza aria.....un incubo

Cons:

Customer service is very bad very aggressive and the Man charge me more for the city tax because I pay by card and I wait about 15 minutes because the guy card machine didn’t work and until top of this all he charged me more because I’m paying by card please guys avoid this place pay little bit more go somewhere better

Einzig die Lage im direkten Innenstadtbereich und der Oper

Cons:

In anderen Bewertungen war von netten und freundlichen Gastgebern die Rede. Diese müssen zu unserer Zeit im Urlaub gewesen sein… Die Dame, die uns empfing war weder freundlich noch zuvorkommend, geschweige denn annähernd gepflegt.

Posizione;
personale gentile e disponibile;
bagno comodo.

Cons:

C'era una blatta in camera (cosa grave);
odore di vecchio in camera e in hotel in generale;
signora in reception in condizioni igieniche quasi inaccettabili;
molto rumore proveniente dalla strada,avendo la camera su via Maqueda;
appena entrata mi è corso incontro un cane di grossa taglia che abbaiava.

I’d not go back
Pros:

Great location although very loud until early morning hours

Cons:

There is a private kitchen behind the reception and the smell was strong everywhere. The hotel is at the second floor with no lift. Most importantly, the room’s key must be left at the reception “on the table” even when no one is at the reception which means you can pick up any key you like! WTF…
