Pozione centrale.
Pros:

Punto forte senz'altro è la posizione. Si trova in via Maqueda, centro del turismo palermitano. La camera era pulitissima. La colazione a buffet all'italiana (cappuccino, succo di frutta, caffè, yogurt, marmellata, burro, cornetti, girelle, bomboloni, cassatelle e molto altro) in grande quantità.

Cons:

Punto negativo sono senz'altro le scale. Il locale è privo di ascensore. Lo sconsiglio fortemente a persone anziane e a persone con mobilità ridotta. La stanza era relativamente insonorizzata, nel senso che bloccava buona parte del chiasso notturno di via Maqueda, ma certamente non tutto. Diciamo che va bene per chi ha intenzione di uscire la sera e non andare a letto troppo presto. Altro piccolo neo è stato la porta scorrevole della doccia un po' difficile da aprire perchè la ruota usciva fuori dal binario, ma è stato un problema di poco conto.

La atención del personal. En cualquier momento en que necesité ayuda, estuvieron dispuestas a colaborar.

Cons:

No tenía ascensor y para acceder había que subir 40 escalones.

Our reservation was not honored, we won't stay here again.
Pros:

Good cold AC in the room. Good location

Cons:

When we arrived, we were told there was a problem with our room. We came back two hours later and then were told that our room had been given to someone else. The owner walked us several blocks away and bought us a room at Hotel Mediterraneo. We had to stay there the first night and move back to Albergo Verdi the second night which we did not appreciate.

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr ruhig und sauber. Genau richtig, wenn man eine günstige Übernachtungsgelegenheit im Zentrum von Palermo sucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

El personal no evitaba ruídos de portazos o tono de voz elevado, especialmente entre las 7-7.30 horas.

Excellente localisation avec parking tout proche
Pros:

l'hotel a toutes ses chambes au 3eme étage d'une maison au tout début de la Via Maqueda, c'est à dire l'une des 2 rues piétonnes les plus animées de Palerme. l'hotel est un peu vieillot.
1/ Très bonne localisation, avec un parking gardé à 100 mètres.
2/Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié, bien que servi dans une salle exigue.
3/De bons conseils reçus (en italien) pour les restaurnts qui ne manquent pourtant pas aux alemetours

Cons:

1/ L'escalier qui conduit au 3eme est très pénible, car raide et étroit. Difficile avec les valises.
2/ Les chambres sont un peu bruyantes du fait de l'activité nocturne fébrile dans la rue

The location is just perfect, well connected and the street in from of the hotel is vibrant and busy until late.
