Pros:

Posizione eccellente sul centro storico. Attaccato al teatro Massimo e alla movida di via Maqueda. Politeama a poche centinaia di metri. Staff cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo, come spiegato dal titolare, a causa di lavori al piano di sopra, trattandosi di un palazzo antico, ho trovato diversi piccoli scarafaggi. La camera nel complesso era pulita ed in linea con un 2 stelle. Ma la presenza di questi ospiti non è stato il massimo. Mi è stata data un'altra camera più distante dai lavori ed in effetti ho trovato solo un insetto nell'arco della seconda giornata. Peccato i vetri non siano doppi perché il rumore fino a tardi di via Maqueda si sentiva in camera senza filtri.

Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis so mittendrin im Nachtleben von Palermo zu sein.
Pros:

Wir waren mittendrin. Dadurch war es natürlich auch etwas lauter in den Abendstunden. Aber wenn man Ohren Stöpsel mitnimmt, kann man auch gut schlafen.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft musste man die Koffer bis ins zweite Geschoss hoch tragen. Allerdings bei der Abfahrt gab es eine besondere Lösung. Die Koffer wurden an einem Flaschenzug auf die Straße herunter gelassen. Sehr spektakulär. Hat uns sehr begeistert.

Eine sehr zentrale und nostalgische Unterkunft, sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Top Lage! Sehr zentral und alles ist per Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Hotelbesitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgängerzone und ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ich habe etwas weiter weg parken müssen und bin dann zu Fuß hingelaufen. Der Hotelbesitzer hat mir aber einen Parkplatz direkt in der Seitenstraße am Hotel gezeigt und mir auch geholfen meinen schweren Koffer zu tragen, da es keinen Aufzug gibt.

Practical city hotel in central location.
Pros:

This is a small mid-range family-run city hotel, occupying one floor of the building. The location, almost opposite the Teatro Massimo, is very central, perfect for all kinds of restaurants and sightseeing. The room (at the corner, with one balcony to the side street, and one to the main street) felt nice for two people. The window doors are modern and keep effectively out most of the noise. The bathroom had all one needs. Breakfast was by Italian standards rich, decidedly beyond just coffee and cornetto. Cleaning was every day and spotless. People are soberly helpful, and we could leave our baggage after checkout until the evening return flight.

Cons:

Expectedly the central location comes with a lot of noise, which starts around 6 am in the morning with the garbage collecting and continues with the music and sounds of the shops and the restaurants until 1 am in the the night. You either need to close the window doors and use AC in the warmer months, or you keep one open and use ear props. While the bathroom is okay, it lacks space for putting ones own stuff, and more solid people than me may find the shower too cramped.

Nada, no nos permitieron ingresar a nuestras habitaciones a pesar de haber avisado de nuestra demora y ya estar pago el alojamiento.

No nos parece correcto que nos hayan dejado sin habitación.

La salle de bain était très propre l’hôtel est bien situé car il est dans la rue la plus animée .
C’est un hôtel familial dans son jus accueilli par une mama italienne.

Cons:

On ne peut pas sortir après une certaine heure et une mauvaise insonorisation.

Idéal pour visiter Palerme
Pros:

Petit hôtel au premier étage d'un immeuble dans le cœur de Palerme. Un peu désuet mais propre et sûr. Quartier très très très animé ...on ne dort pas avec les fenêtres ouvertes mais clim très efficace !
Parking haut en couleur mais efficace pour 25€/j à 2 minutes à pied.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur un peu compliqué avec les valises

Pros:

I didnt stay here as when I turnt up at 7pm the lady told me that there was no room

Cons:

I asked the lady to refund my payment as there was no room available for me even though my booking was accepted. She said she couldnt do anything herself. She didn't speak any English so we used using Google translate, even then she didnt give much information on how to proceed. I requested cancellation through the app and booked somewhere else and then booking.com rang me to say that they had found me a room, though that was 2 hours later and I had to booked somewhere else because it was 10pm at that point.
I didnt see the rooms but the place was very dirty and smelt really bad
