Ottima comunicazione con lo staff, che è stato molto gentile. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Navetta da e per il porto comodissima e autista molto gentile e simpatico. Stanze pulite.

Pros:

Troisieme fois que nous venons dans cet etablissement. Toujours un plaisir durant nos vacances. Petit havre de paix et de calme. Etablissement propre et relaxant. Confortable. Le personnel est adorable. La nourriture du restaurant et du petit dejeuner est tres bonne. La piscine avec vue sur le volcan est magique.

Cons:

Nous avons trouve que la douche voire la salle de bain de la chambre situee dans le batiment principal pourrait etre renovee

l’acqua della piscina risultava verde all’apparenza, nonostante fosse assolutamente idonea alla balneazione, purtroppo era dovuto ad un problema del rubinetto

Struttura accogliente e di qualità
Pros:

La cordialità dello staff è stata eccellente dal primo all'ultimo giorno. La camera era pulita e spaziosa e il terrazzino utile per rilassarsi. La colazione è ottima e c'è molta varietà di scelta. Anche il ristorante per pranzi e cene è molto buono e il servizio ottimo.
Consigliatissimo.
