Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, es gibt einen sehr schönen und sauberen Pool, das Hotel ist sehr sauber und liegt sehr ruhig. Beim Frühstück wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt (Omelett, Cappuccino, Granite...) wir wurden vom Hafen kostenlos abgeholt und zurück gebracht. Schade, dass wir nur 2 Übernachtungen dort waren.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber und ordentlich !

Pros:

Pool was amazing, lady owner was very friendly and breakfast was tasty. Early check in with shuttle was very appreciated

Cons:

Bathroom had a strange smell and shower was incredibly small. Service could have been better - each morning we would have to ask someone for coffee, eggs etc but others were asked when they sat down. Could have been staff were afraid to speak English. Also a bit strange to charge for a towel to use by the pool.

Great place in Vulcano!
Pros:

Very comfortable with beautiful swimming pool and garden.
Staff very kind and helpful. Generous breakfast. Easy walk to both beaches and volcano trail. We liked not being so closed to the more crowded centre.

Cons:

Really everything was great! Too bad the swimming pool only opens at 8:30 and closes very early at 19:30.
