We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch during our stay, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Le cose che ho preferito di questa struttura sono state lo staff e la piscina. è inoltre disponibile un servizio navetta gratuito per il porto quando si arriva e si parte.

Cons:

Gli ambienti dell'hotel sono un pò datati, la cucina è mediocre e i prezzi un pò alti. La struttura non è vicina al porto o a vie pedonali quindi per spostarsi serve un mezzo se non si vuole camminare un pò.

Personale qualificato, disponibile e gentilissimo. Struttura con stile, accogliente, con piscina ed idromassaggio veramente rilassanti. Colazione di qualità e buonissima, sia dolce sia salata. Ci ritornerò certamente perché sono stata benissimo.

Molto positivo. Ospitalità eoliana di qualità.
Pros:

Servizio molto buono. Stanza ampia e terrazzo molto ampio e ben fornito di sdraio. Ristorante all'altezza della struttura. Disponibilità massima da parte del personale e della lobby.

Cons:

(1) la struttura e' piuttosto lontana dal centro. Sarebbe opportuno poter disporre, almeno alla sera, un servizio di shuttle a orario (ad esempio verso le 23:00) per riaccompagnare eventuali clienti alla struttura, a fine serata. Importnate per quanto diro' al punto (2)
(2) Le strade dell'isola, dopo l'area del Centro, non sono illuminate alla sera. Il cliente è quindi costretto a fare 50--600 mt per rientrare nella struttura "al buio" (accendendo la torcia del cellulare). Naturalmente il problema non è imputabile alla struttura ma forse la struttura potrebbe ridurne l'impatto sui clienti con quanto detto al punto (1)

Pros:

Struttura accogliente e pulita bellissimo l'esterno con piscina personale gentile ristorante e colazione molto buoni.

Cons:

Camera molto piccola e soprattutto i prodotti da bagno in bustina di plastica assolutamente no!! Pochissima quantità all'interno e qualità bassissima oltre a un inutile utilizzo di plastica
